«Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարական աշխատանքներն ընթանում են ժամանակին համընթաց

«Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարական աշխատանքներն ընթանում են բնականոն հունով` ժամանակին համընթաց: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց «Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման կազմակերպության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Սարգսյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ճանապարհի հյուսիսային կողմում արդեն բետոնացման աշխատանքներն են մեկնարկ ել եւ եղանակային պայմանների բարելավման դեպքում կիրականացվի մինչեւ 10 կիլոմետր շինարարություն: «Թալին-Գյումրի հատվածում հողային եւ ենթակառուցվածքային մեծ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Մեզ համար ուրախալի է, որ բոլորովին վերջերս մենք Եվրոպական միության հանձնաժողովի կողմից պաշտոնական գրություն ստացանք, որով «Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհը ճանաչվել է որպես առանցքային ճանապարհ Եվրամիության TNT ցանցում»,-ասաց Սարգսյանը, հավելելով, որ Եվրամիությունը հետաքրքրված է, որ առնվազն մինչեւ 2030 թվականը այս ճանապարհը կառուցված լինի:
Անդրադառնալով «Հյուսիս-հարավ»-ի շրջանակներում Սիսիանից Քաջարան ճանապարհահատվածին, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների առաջին փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ այդ ճանապարհահատվածը 60 կմ-ով կկրճատվի: «Նախատեսում ենք խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքներով կրճատել ճանապարհը շուրջ 2,5-3 ժամով եւ արագությունը պահպանել 100 կմ ժամում` երկու խոշոր թունելների կառուցման միջոցով»,-ասաց Առաքելյանը, հույս հայտնելով , որ շինարարության ֆինանսավորմանը կմասնակցի նաեւ մասնավոր հատվածը:
«Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհային միջանցքի ենթակառուցվածքային խոշոր ներդրումային ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի միջազգային բարձր չափանիշներին բավարարող 556 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Մեղրի-Երևան-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի միջոցով հանրապետության հարավային և հյուսիսային սահմանները կապել միմյանց հետ՝ կրճատելով ճանապարհի երկարությունը մոտ 85 կմ-ով: Նշված տարածությունն անցնելը տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար ներկայիս 9-9.5 ժամից կնվազի մինչև 4.5 ժամ:
Ծրագրի իրագործման արդյունքում կբարձրանա երթևեկության հարմարավետությունն ու անվտանգությունը՝ ապահովելով նաև արևելքից արևմուտք իրականացվող տրանսպորտային շարժի և բեռնափոխադրումների տարանցիկ ճանապարհ դառնալու նպատակի իրագործումը, միաժամանակ, զարգացման լուրջ հնարավորություններ ընձեռելով Հայաստանի հարավից հյուսիս ընկած բնակավայրերին:
