Վերջին տարիներին նվազել է անչափահաս դատապարտյալների թիվը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 9-ին, լրագրողներին ասաց արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության Այլընտրանքային պատիժների կատարման բաժնի պետ Լեւոն Ավետիսյանը, որն այսօր պայմանական պատիժ կրող 20 անչափահասների հետ այցելել էր Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածին:
«Այսօր կա 36 անչափահաս դատապարտյալ, որոնք 16-20 տարեկան են: Նրանք ամենահաճախ կատարում են գողություն եւ խուլիգանություն, կարծում եմ, որ հիմնական պատճառը ծնողների թույլ հսկողությունն է, շրջապատի ազդեցությունը: Պետք է անչափահասների հետ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացվեն, չթողնենք, որ նրանք հանցագործություն անեն, հետո նոր դաստիարակչական աշխատանքներ տանենք նրանց հետ»,-ասաց նա:
«Մեկ օր Մայր Աթոռում» միջոցառման շրջանակում այսօր Երեւանի, Արմավիրի եւ Կոտայքի մարզերի 20 անչափահաս դատապարտյալներ, որոնց նկատմամբ ազատազրկման ձեւով նշանակված պատիժը պայմանականորեն չի կիրառվել, շրջայց են կատարել Մայր Տաճարի տարածքում, եղել թանգարաններում, աղոթել Մայր Տաճարում:
Շրջայցից հետո ՔԿՀ հոգեւոր պատասխանատու Ռուբեն աբեղա Զարգարյանն էլ նշեց, որ անչափահասները շատ հաճախ խուլիգանություն են անում ընտանիքում ունեցած խնդիրների պատճառով. «Կարծում եմ, որ ինչի համար նրանք դատապարտվել են, մեծ պատասխանատվություն է կրում նաեւ նրանց ընտանիքը: Նրանց հետ աշխատելիս հարկավոր է ճիշտ մոտեցում ցուցաբերել եւ պետք է այնպես անել, որ նրանք ինտեգրվեն հասարակությունում եւ հասկանան կյանքը ճիշտ ապրելու ձեւը»:
