Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, հակառակորդի կողմից հրահրվող սահմանային լարվածության մասին «Անդրադարձ» մամուլի ակումբում այսօր խոսել է «Ռազմինֆո» մասնագիտացված կայքի համակարգող, ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ եթե Ադրբեջանը համոզված լիներ, որ ինչ-որ հաջողությունների կարող է հասնել, ապա կդիմեր կտրուկ քայլերի: «Անցյալ տարվա օգոստոսին Ադրբեջանում այնպիսի իրավիճակ էր, երբ հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբերը հրաժարվում էին գնալ և կատարել հրամանները, քանի որ հասկանում էին, որ անիմաստ զոհեր են տալիս: Ցավոք, այդ ընթացքում մենք էլ ենք զոհեր ունենում: Դա է մեր այս տարածաշրջանում ապրելու գինը, որովհետև այսպիսի հարևաններով այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէ»,- նշեց փորձագետը:

Հարցին՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից ինչու՞ չկա արձագանք, Կարեն Վրթանեսյանն ասաց․ «Իսկ Հայաստանը դիմե՞լ է ՀԱՊԿ-ին»: Փորձագետը ենթադրում է, որ մեր ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը առայժմ հարկ չի համարում ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմել, որովհետև ռազմական առումով մեր խնդիրները հաջողությամբ ենք կատարում։ Բանախոսը հավելեց. «Եթե Հայաստանը դիմի, ու ՀԱՊԿ-ն մերժի, ապա կարելի է քննարկել, թե ինչու մերժեց»։

Լարվածության վերջին օրերի տվյալների մասին խոսելիս՝ Վրթանեսյանը նկատեց, որ բնակավայրերի վրա կրակոցները դադարել են: Ասուլիսի ընթացքում շոշափվեց նաև սահմանային անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով դիրքեր վերցնելու հարցը: Այդ առնչությանբ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանն ասաց, որ եթե լինի դրա անհրաժեշտությունը, ապա հնարավոր է նման սցենար, բայց դժվար թե հիմա գնանք այդ քայլին:
