Վարդան Արամյանը՝ ԾԻԳ-երի կրճատման մասին

Ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ պետական ապարատի, մասնավորապես ԾԻԳ-երի կրճատման հարցին:
Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
Արամյանն ասաց, որ Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը մտադիր է ոչ թե կրճատել ԾԻԳ-երը, այլ դրանց ունեցած ռեսուրսներն ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործել: «Վարչապետն ասել է, որ այդ փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են հարկատուների գումարներին, որոնք պետք է արդյունավետ օգտագործվեն և լինեն հնարավորինս նպատակային:Եթե մենք ծախսում ենք այդ միջոցները՝ նպատակ ունենալով ստեղծել միայն նոր աշխատատեղ, որը տնտեսության համար նոր արժեք, նոր մոտեցումներ ու ծառայություններ չի ստեղծում, ես կարծում եմ, որ դա արդյունավետ չէ: Դա հանգեցնում է նրան, որ մենք այսօր ունենք ցածր տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ:
Բայց, եթե մենք հրաժարվենք ԾԻԳ-երը գլխատելու գաղափարից և համախմբված օգտագործենք նրանց ձեռքի տակ եղած ռեսուրսները, ապա կունենանք բավականին լավ ցուցանիշներ»,- նշեց Վարդան Արամյանը:
Նա նաև հայտնեց, որ աշխատողների թվաքանակը 356 է և պահպանման ծախսերը կազմում են շուրջ 32 մլրդ դրամ: Արամյանի խոսքով՝ նախարարությունը գնալու է ԾԻԳ-երի համախմբման գաղափարով, որպեսզի նույն այդ ԾԻԳ-երն իրենց առաջ դրված հարցերն ավելի օպտիմալ լուծեն՝ օգտագործելով իրենց ձեռքի տակ եղած բոլոր հնարավորությունները:
