4. Ավելի երջանիկ լինելու համար պետք է գումար ծախսել փորձ ձեռք բերելու, ոչ թե իրերի վրա։

5. Ներկայիս մարդկանցից շատերը միգուցե 1950թ-ին հայտնվեին հոգեբուժարանում

Երկրագնդի մարդկանց կեսը քրոնիկ դեպրեսիայով է տառապում։ Եթե XX դարի կեսերին հոգեբուժարանների սպասարկման ձեւաչափերը չփոխվեին, ապա մեզանից շատերը միգուցե հայտնվեին հոգեբուժարանում։
6. Կրոնական որոշ ավանդույթներ իսկապես նվազեցնում են սթրեսը

Գիտնականները ապացուցել են, որ եթե մարդը կանոնավոր կերպով աղոթում կամ մեդիտացիա է անում, ուրեմն նրա՝ սթրեսների ենթարկվելու հավանականությունը ավելի քիչ է։

7. Փողով կարելի է երջանկություն գնել միայն այն դեպքում, եթե տարեկան միջին չափով գումար վաստակում եք

Փողը երջանկություն է պարգեւում, եթե այն չի բավականացնում ձեր հիմնական պահանջներին։

8. Սթրես

Շփվելով սթրեսային վիճակում գտնվող մարդկանց հետ, դուք նույնպես դառնում ենք դեպրեսիվ ու նյարդային։

9.Եթե դուք ներշնչում եք, որ լավ եք քնել, ուղեղն ընկալում եւ ընդունում է դա

Մեր ուղեղի համար ոչ մի տարբերություն չկա իրական եւ երեւակայական աշխարհների միջեւ։ Եթե քնեք հինգ ժամ, բայց անընդհատ կրկնեք ինքներդ ձեզ, որ լավ եք քնել, ուրեմն դա կգործի եւ դուք ավելի ակտիվ կզգաք ձեզ։
10. 18-33 տարեկան մարդիկ ամենասթրեսայինն են

Կրթություն, աշխատանք, ընտանիք.. այս ամենը բավականին սթրեսային երեւույթներ են։ Մարդու ծաղկուն տարիները ամենասթրեսայինն են նրա համար։
11. Խելացի մարդիկ թերագնահատում են իրենց, իսկ հիմարները՝ գերագնահատում։

12. Ձեր որոշումներն ավելի ճիշտ կլինեն, եթե դրանց մասին մտածեք օտար լեզվով

Սա հաստատել են Չիկագոյի համալսարանի հետազոտողները։ Օտար լեզվով արված դատողությունները  ավելի ճիշտ ու տրամաբանական են։

13. Եթե ձեր ապագա ծրագերի մասին կիսվում եք այլ մարդկանց հետ, դրանք իրականացման հնարավորությունը նվազում է

Բայց խնդիրը նախանձը չէ, ինչպես շատերն են կարծում։ Մյուսների հետ կիսվելով՝ մարդիկ հանգստացնում ու թուլացնում են իրենց, ինչը կարող է ազդել նրանց մոտիվացիայի վրա։
