«168 ժամ». 17 տարի՝ առանց պետության. Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում չգտնվեց այդ մեկ «ուչաստկովին»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «17 տարի առաջ՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողության արդյունքում սպանվեցին գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, խորհրդարանի նախագահ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը, նախարարներ, պատգամավորներ։ Ութ պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։ Սպանվեցին «մի խումբ ռոմանտիկներ» որակումը ստացած մարդասպանների իրականացրած ոճրագործության արդյունքում, որի բացահայտումն այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը գնահատեց՝ որպես «ուչաստկովիի մակարդակի» գործ։ Գնահատեց եւ շարունակեց պաշտոնավարել եւս 9 տարի։
Անցած 17 տարիներին Հայաստանում չգտնվեց այդ մեկ «ուչաստկովին», ով կկարողանար բացահայտել «Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ը։ Չգտնվեց, որովհետեւ դրա դերում կարող էր հանդես գալ միայն ու բացառապես պետությունը՝ պետության իսկական ու բովանդակային, եւ ոչ թե՝ իշխանության հետ իդենտիֆիկացվող իմաստով։ Չգտնվեց ու այդ չգտնումով արձանագրվեց, որ արդեն 17 տարի մենք ապրում ենք՝ փաստացիորեն առանց պետության։
Որովհետեւ, եթե «Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ը կարող է բացահայտվել միայն պետության պատվերի ու պահանջատիրության դեպքում, դա նշանակում է, որ, քանի դեռ բացահայտված չէ՝ մենք ապրում ենք առանց պետության։ Փոխարենը՝ ունենք իշխանական ու ընդդիմադիր վերնախավ կոչվող հավաքականություն, որի ներկայացուցիչների զգալի մասն ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի կերպով կապված է Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի հետ. ոմանք՝ որպես զոհեր ու իրավահաջորդներ, ոմանք՝ որպես կասկածյալներ ու քրեական գործով նախկին անցնողներ, ոմանք՝ որպես Հոկտեմբերի 27-ից շահածներ՝ ոչ թե՝ պատվիրատուի, այլ՝ Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի հետեւանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակից օգտվածներ իմաստով։
Որովհետեւ միայն Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի արդյունքում Հայաստանում կարող էր ստեղծվել այն քաղաքական համակարգն ու այն իշխանությունը, որ կա այսօր։ Միայն Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի արդյունքում Հայաստանը կարող էր դառնալ ներքնապես եւ արտաքնապես այնքան խոցելի, որ տեղի ունենար ապրիլյան պատերազմն ու ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավումը։
Հոկտեմբերի 27-ն անչափելի ու անկշռելի հարված էր հայկական պետականությանը։ Բայց առնվազն համարժեք հարված է այն ամեն օրը, որը Հայաստանն ապրում է առանց «Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ի բացահայտման։ Այդ ամեն օրով Հայաստանի կյանքը նմանվում է քիմիաթերապիայով երկարացվող՝ քաղցկեղով հիվանդի գնացող կյանքին… Այսօր հնչելու են արդեն 16 անգամ հնչած նույն ելույթներն ու կրկնված տեքստերը, ցուցադրվելու են նույն ֆիլմերն ու լուսանկարները, արտաբերվելու է նույն հառաչանքը, ու հարվածվելու են նույն ծնկները։ Ամեն ինչ լինելու է նույնկերպ, որկերպ եղել է արդեն 16 տարի… Ու այդպես՝ այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Հայաստանն ապրում է գնդակահարված պետության մնացուկի գրեթե անգո կարգավիճակում»:
