Զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամ կհամարվեն նաև այլ վայրում բնակվող նրանց ծնողները

Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների սոցիալական պաշտպանությանն առնչվող խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով կառավարությունը լրացում կատարեց «Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների սոցիալական ապահովության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը նշեց, որ համաձայն օրենքի 30.2-րդ հոդվածի՝ զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամի մահվան դեպքում նախատեսված է միանվագ դրամական օգնություն, ընդ որում, ծնողները համարվում են ընտանիքի անդամ, եթե զինծառայողի հետ բնակվում են համատեղ:
«Ըստ այդմ, իրենց մշտական բնակության վայրից հեռու տեղակայված զորամասերում ծառայող զինծառայողները, որոնք հաշվառված են վարձակալած կամ պաշտպանության նախարարության տրամադրած ծառայողական բնակարաններում, չեն կարողանում օգտվել վերը նշված իրավունքից: Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ առաջարկվում է համապատասխան լրացում կատարել: Ներկայացվող նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ օրենքի 30.2-րդ հոդվածի իմաստով ընտանիքի անդամ են համարվում նաև ծառայողական բնակելի տարածությունում բնակվող կամ բնակելի տարածությունների վարձակալության համար դրամա կան փոխհատուցում ստացող զինծառայողի՝ այլ վայրում բնակվող ծնողները»,- ասաց նախարարը:
