ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ուղերձ է հրապարակել Ճարտարապետաշինարարական բուհի 95 ամյակի կապակցությամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ուղերձն ամբողջությամբ.
«Ճարտարապետաշինարարական դպրոցում մենք սովորել ենք մեր մասնագիտության այբուբենը և բացառիկ շնորհակալությամբ ու երախտագիտությամբ ենք լցված մեր ուսուցիչների հանդեպ: Նրանք այսօր էլ մեր մտապատկերում են՝ իրենց հետաքրքիր կերպարով ու մարդկային տեսակով և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով:
Բուհը մեզ համար ավելին է, քան՝ կենսագրության մաս լինելը: Իսկ ես առավել ևս ամուր թելերով եմ կապված, քանի որ այնտեղ՝ երևելի ուսուցիչներիս գնահատող հայացքի և ոգևորող խոսքերի ներքո իմ աշխատանքային կենսագրությունն եմ սկսել՝ երկար տարիներ ղեկավարելով ճարտարապետական ֆակուլտետը:
Հետահայաց արժևորելիս ճարտարապետական մեր դպրոցը համեմատում եմ հաստաբուն ծառի հետ, որը բնության օրենքով ամեն տարի ճյուղավորվում, կանաչում է, ապա՝ տերևաթափ լինում՝ տերևները տարածելով մայր հողին:
Իսկ ծառի հաստ բունը միշտ կա, մնում է՝ դա մեր կրթօջախն է, որի նկատմամբ հատկապես առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունեմ և որի կարևորությունը խորապես գիտակցում են ճարտարապետներն ու շինարարները:
Բուհի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմը, ուր ներառված են մեր հանրապետության լավագույն մասնագետները, հավատարիմ ավանդույթին, ոչինչ չեն խնայում երիտասարդներին իրենց փորձառությունն ու գիտելիքները փոխանցելու համար՝ ժառանգելով ամենակարևորը, այն է՝ շինարվեստի հայերեն լեզվով, հայ հողի վրա շինություններ կառուցելու մեծագույն անհրաժեշտությունը:
Միայն այդ ճանապարհով կկարողանանք մեր երկիրը դարձնել հետաքրքիր և ճանաչելի բոլորի համար:
Մայր բուհի 95-ամյա հոբելյանի առիթով ես շնորհավորում եմ մեր շրջանավարտներին, աշխատակիցներին՝ դասախոսական կազմին, բոլորին:
Բնականաբար, շնորհավորում եմ մեր երիտասարդներին՝ ապագա ճարտարապետներին ու շինարարներին՝ վստահեցնելով, որ խորը ազգային ավանդույթների վրա հենված լինելով, ազգայինն ու ժամանակակիցը համադրելու ճանապարհով կարելի է ստեղծել արժեք և մնայուն գործեր»:
