Եթե ցանկանում եք հարթ, գեղեցիկ և թարմ մաշկ ունենալ ուրեմն հիշեք, որ ձեզ դրա համար միայն սառույց է անհրաժեշտ: Past.am-ը Ձեզ է ներկայացնում սառույցի թերապիան, որը հանգստացնող և շատ այլ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի:

  1. Ի՞նչ անել սառույցի թերապիայի ժամանակ

  • Սառույցը պետք է քսել մաքուր դեմքին

  • Սառույցի կտորները բռնեք ձեռնոցներով, որպեսզի պաշտպանեք ձեռքերը երկար ժամանակով այն պահելուց

  • Սառույցը ծածկեք փափուկ կտորով կամ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով և մերսեք դեմքը

  • Սառույցը առանց կտորի քսեք դեմքին, եթե ցանկանում եք ազատվել դեմքի պզուկներից կամ էլ աչքերի շուրջ առաջացած այտուցվածությունից

  • Մաշկը վնասելուց խուսափելու համար սառցե կտորները մաշկի վրա 1 ժամից ավելի մի՛ պահեք

  • Ավելի արդյունավետ լինելու համար կարող եք պատրաստել վարունգի, կանաչ թեյի, կամ էլ սխտորի սառցե կտորներ

  1. Ավելի հարթ մաշկ ձեռք բերեք

Ամեն երեկո քնելուց առաջ լվացեք դեմքը, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակի մեջ սառույց լցրեք և նրբորեն մերսեք ձեր դեմքը և պարանոցը մոտ երեք րոպե: Մի քանի օր հետո արդեն կզգաք արդյունքը՝ ձեր մաշկն ավելի թարմ և հարթ կլինի: Այն նաև կարող է կանխել կնճիռների առաջացումը և օգնել ավելի լավ քնել:

  1. Սառույցն օգնում է ազատվել պզուկներից

Սառույցի թերապիան պզուկների դեմ պայքարի ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցներից մեկն է: Լվացեք դեմքը, փափուկ կտորի մեջ սառույցի կտորներ լցրեք և նրբորեն դա սեղմեք պզուկի վրա 3-5 րոպե: Արդյունքը ձեզ ուղղակի կհիացնի:

  1. Պայքարեք կնճիռների դեմ

Այս պարզ միջոցը կարող է բարելավել արյան շրջանառությունը և կանխել վաղաժամ ծերացումը և կնճիռների առաջացումը: Կարող եք ամեն օր դիմահարդարվելուց առաջ մոտ մեկ րոպե մերսել դեմքը:

  1. Պայքարում է ծակոտիների դեմ

Սառույցը մոտ 2-3 րոպե անցկացրեք դեմքի մակերևույթով: Որոշ ժամանակ անց դուք կնկատեք, թե ինչպես են փակվում ծակոտիները:

  1. Օգնում է այտուցված աչքերին

Եթե ամբողջ գիշեր արտասվել եք և արթնացել այտուցված աչքերով, ուրեմն սառույցը կարող է ձեզ օգնության գալ: Վերցրեք սառույցի երկու կտոր և փակեք դրանք կտորների մեջ, ապա փակեք աչքերը և նրբորեն շրջանաձև շարժումներով մերսեք այտուցված հատվածները մոտ 2 րոպե:

  1. Պայքարում է որովայնի ճարպի դեմ

Սառույցի կտորները դրեք որովայնի վրա և պահեք մոտ 15 րոպե: Ամեն 3 րոպեն մեկ հեռացրեք սառույցները և ապա նորից դրեք: Ընդհանուր պրոցեսը պետք է տևի առավելագույնը 1 ժամ: Սառույցը սպիտակ ճարպը փոխակերպում է գորշ ճարպի բջիջների, որոնք նյութափոխանակության շնորհիվ արագորեն այրվում են: Բայց հիշե՛ք՝ այս մեթոդները ավելի լավ արդյունք են տալիս առողջ սննդակարգ և հաճախակի մարզումներ ունենալու հետ մեկտեղ:
