Վիտամին E-ն մաշկի խնամքի համար կարևոր վիտամիններից է, քանի որ այն ոչ միայն բուժում է սպիները, այլ նաև սնուցում ու փափկեցնում մաշկը։

Վիտամին E-ի յուղը կամ պարկուճները կարելի է գնել դեղատներից, սակայն պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել, որպեսզի այն լինի բնական, այլ ոչ սինթետիկ։

Պարբերաբար վիտամին E-ի օգտագործումը կանխում է կնճիռների, բծերի  առաջացումը։

1. Լվանալ աչքերի հատվածը՝ մաքրելով ողջ դիմահարդարումը։ Լվանալ նաև ձեռքերը։

2. Ձեռքի ափի մեջ լցնել  վիտամին E-ն և մատներով քսել աչքերի շուրջը՝ աչքերի տակ ու կոպերին։

3. Նախընտրելի է այս պրոցեդուրան կատարել քնելուց առաջ, որպեսզի վիտամին E-ն ամբողջությամբ ներծծվի։
