Ավստրալական Մոնտերեյ քաղաքում բնակվող Անաբել և Անաստասիա Չիարելոները, որոնք տառապում էին գերճարպակալումից, 1 տարում նիհարել են 167 կգ-ով, գրում է The Daily Mail-ը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ քույրերին հաջողվել է զգալի քաշ գցել ստամոքսի փոքրացման վիրահատության իրականացումից հետո:


Տասնվեցամյա Անաբելն ու 24-ամյա Անաստասիան պատմել են, որ ամբողջ կյանքում ունեցել են մեծ ախորժակ՝ հիմնականում սնվելով մեծ քանակությամբ պաստայով, հացով ու շոկոլադով, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է ավելորդ քաշի հավաքմանը:


Անաբելի խոսքով՝ 13 տարեկանում ինքը կշռել է 248 կգ: Բժիշկները նախազգուշացրել էին, որ անհապաղ քաշ չկորցնելու դեպքում աղջիկը կմահանա: Մասնագետները նաև խորհուրդ էին տվել ստամոքսի փոքրացման վիրահատություն իրականացնել:


Կրտսեր քրոջն աջակցելու և վիրահատության հետ կապված նրա վախերը ցրելու համար Անաստասիան, որն այդ պահին կշռում էր 168 կգ, որոշել է ևս պառկել վիրահատական սեղանին ու փոքրացնել ստամոքսը:


Վիրահատությունները տվել են ցանկալի արդյունքն ու այժմ քույրերն ուրախությամբ պատմում եմ, որ միասին կորցրել են 167 կգ ավելորդ քաշ:


«Երբ բժիշկս ասաց, որ պետք է վիրահատվեմ, շատ վախեցա, քանի որ այդ ժամանակ ընդամենը 13 տարեկան էի: Բայց, երբ Անաստասիան ասաց, որ առաջինն ինքը կվիրահատվի, ես հանգստացա ու սկսեցի ավելի ինքնավստահ զգալ: Շնորհակալ եմ նրան ինձ ձեռք մեկնելու համար»,-պատմել է Անաբելը:


Քույրերը նաև նշել են, որ իրենց ընտանիքում բոլորը շատակեր են, ուստի՝ բնական է, որ իրենք ևս փոքրուց անտարբեր չեն եղել ուտելիքի հանդեպ և երբեք չեն իմացել, թե ինչ ասել է քաղցած լինել:


«Ես մի քանի անգամ փորձել եմ դիետա պահել, սակայն կամքի ուժ չեմ ունեցել ուտելիքներից հրաժարվելու համար: Ես հասկացա, որ վիրահատության դիմելը կարող է փրկության միակ միջոցը լինել»,-հավելել է Անաբելը:


Հայտնի է, որ այժմ Անաստասիան նիհարել է 77 կգ-ով, իսկ նրա քույրը՝ 90կգ-ով: Քույրերը չեն պատրաստվում բավարարվել ձեռք բերածով ու մտադիր են էլի քաշ կորցնել:

At 13, Belle tipped the scales at 248 kilos. Doctors warned she had to lose weight or she'd die

Now the sisters have lost a combined 167 kilos but are continuing to shrink together

'Even in baby photos I was really big, but Anastasia was too and so were other family members, so it made it okay,' Annabelle said (pictured is Belle at her heaviest)

Ana said that when the doctor told her sister to lose weight or die she knew she had to support her

When their parents split up, both sisters turned to food for comfort

Looking back Belle said that she was eating way too much food

Ana said: 'I’d already lost about 20 kilos by the time Belle had her surgery, so she was feeling pretty confident.' 

Thanks to their pact to support one another, Ana went first, having her VSG fitted in July last year.

Ana said that watching her sister balloon at such a young age was concerning (pictured is Belle as a baby)

In the last year since their surgery, Belle and Anastasia have shed a combined 167 kilos and continue to lose more weight every day
