Հալեպում բջջային հեռախոսների և համացանցի հասանելիությունը, որն անջատվել էր հոկտեմբերի 27-ից, հոկտեմբերի 28-ի առավոտյան վերականգնվել է: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հալեպի «Գանձասար» պարբերականից:
Երեք օր է` դադարել է ջրի մատակարարումը, իսկ էլեկտրականությունը հասանելի չէ արդեն չորս ամիս:
Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին սիրիական բանակը հետ է մղել հարավ-արևմտյան շրջանի 1070 բնակարանային համալիրի ուղղությամբ զինյալ ահաբեկիչների հարձակումը: Ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները շարունակել են հրթիռակոծել Հալեպի տարբեր թաղամասեր: Շահպա պողոտայի վրա գտնվող արաբական «ալ Ուաթանիէ» դպրոցի վրա զինյալ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների արձակած հրթիռի պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհվել է 3, վիրավորվել` 14 երեխա: Իսկ Համտանիէ շրջանի բնակարանների հրթիռակոծման հետևանքով զոհվել է տեղացի ընտանիքի երեք զավակ:
Նոր Գյուղի մեջ ընկել են զինյալ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների կողմից արձակված երեք գազային պայթուցիկ տակառներ, որոնք, բարեբախտաբար, չեն պայթել:
