Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ. «Առաջին տպարանի մի մասը կինտեգրվի կառուցվելիք հյուրանոցին»

Aravot.am-ը Հայաստանի Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանից կարծիք հարցրեց՝ արդյոք «առաջին տպարանի» շենքն այդքան անպետք էր ու որեւէ արժեք չէր ներկայացնում, որ պայթեցվեց ու հողին հավասարեցվեց: «Ճիշտ է, դա հին շենք էր, բայց հուշարձանների ցանկում չկար ու սպառված էր:
Ինչքան գիտեմ, դրա որոշ մասը մնալու է»,-շեշտեց Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահը: Մեր տարակուսանքին` ինչպե՞ս է մնալու, երբ արդեն պայթեցվել է, Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը պատասխանեց. « Նրա որոշ մասին՝ դեպի Ալավերդյանի կողմը, չեն կպել, կարող եք գնալ-նայել: Կարծեմ այդ մասը ինտեգրելու են նոր կառուցվող հյուրանոցին: Այդ շենքը հուշարձանների ցանկում չի, ու էնպես չի, որ մի ծրագիր կար, որի համաձայն թեեւ շենքը սպառված է, բայց չի քանդվում: Ինչքան գիտեմ, «առաջին տպարանի» մի մասը, այնուամենայնիվ, մնալու է»: Մեր հարցին՝ եթե հին շենքեր են, բայց հուշարձանների ցանկում չեն, անպայման պետք է քանդվե՞ն, ճարտարապետը պատասխանեց. «Կան, իհարկե շենքեր, որոնք իրենցից արժեք են ներկայացնում, բայց մտած չեն այդ ցանկի մեջ, դրանց նկատմամբ անպայման պետք է վերաբերմունք լինի, բայց ձեր նշած շենքի այն հատվածը, որ հանվեց, արդեն ռեսուրս չուներ»:
Aravot.am-ը հետաքրքրվեց նաեւ Երեւանի կենտրոնին վերաբերվող օրենքի նախագծով: Պարոն Մինասյանը պատասխանեց. «Այդ օրենքը մեկ տարուց ավելի դրված է Ազգային Ժողովի հաստատմանը: Երեւի կհաստատեն, որ հետագայում ուրիշ խնդիրներ չծագեն՝ խտացումը մեծ չլինի, կանաչ տարածքներին ձեռք չտան եւ այլն: Այսինք կարգավորվեն այն բոլոր խնդիրները, որ բոլորիս անհանգստացնում են»:
