Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ձգտում են տնտեսական աճի միջոցառումների շնորհիվ բարձրացնել կամ գոնե պահպանել արտահանման ուղղությամբ դինամիկան, նաև ապահովել ներքին սպառման ավելի բարձր մակարդակ։ Հոկտեմբերի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին նշեց ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը: Նա դրական է գնահատում այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանից արտահանումը էապես աճել է, իսկ ներկրումը՝ նվազել: «Եթե նախկինում ներկրումը երեք անգամ գերազանցում էր արտահանմանը, ապա այդ հարաբերակցությունը այժմ երկու անգամից էլ պակաս է։ Եթե մենք կարողանանք մեր տնտեսական աճի միջոցառումների շնորհիվ բարձրացնենք կամ գոնե պահպանենք արտահանման ուղղությամբ դինամիկան, նաև ապահովենք ներքին սպառման ավելի բարձր մակարդակ, դրական զարգացումներ կունենանք»,-«Արմենպրես»- ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Մինասյանը:
Նա, խոսելով կառավարության ծրագրի ընդհանուր պատկերի մասին, ասաց, որ առկա իրողությունները պարտադրում են խորքային բարեփոխումներ, որի առանցքում ՀՀ քաղաքացին է լինելու` նրա բարեկեցությունը, անվտանգությունն ու ապահով կյանքը:
«Ավելի տևական ժամանակի համար կառավարության ծրագիրը տնտեսական աճի միտում է արձանագրում` տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտին աջակցելով: Կարևոր է նաև թեթևացնել ինքնազբաղված քաղաքացիների հարկային բեռը։ Այսինքն՝ այն քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, ովքեր իրենք են հոգում իրենց առօրյա կարիքները սեփական բիզնեսով, ըստ էության պետք է հանվ են հարկերը։ Այդպիսի մարդիկ մեզանում շատ են»,- նշեց Մինասյանը:
2017-ի բյուջեից Գագիկ Մինասյանը չխոսեց, ասելով, որ երկուշաբթի օրվանից խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովում քննարկումները կսկսվեն, բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները կտրվեն: Միաժամանակ, ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ չի տեսնում դեֆոլտի վտանգ:
