Զարգացման եվրասիական բանկի ինտեգրացիոն հետազոտությունների կենտրոնը նախօրեին հրապարակել է հարցում նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրներում Ռուսաստանի վարկանիշի վերաբերյալ: Ու թեեւ հատկապես ԵՏՄ անդամ բոլոր երկրներում էլ Ռուսաստանն առաջատար դիրքեր ունի, այդուամենայնիվ, ՀՀ-ի ցուցանիշները բավականին մտահոգել են ռուսաստանցի փորձագետներին: Բանն այն է, որ ըստ հարցման՝ Ղրղըզստանում, Տաջիկստանում, Բելառուսում եւ Ղազախստանում Ռուսաստանի վարկանիշը կազմում է 89-ից մինչեւ 81 տոկոս, իսկ, ահա, հայաստանցիների միայն 69 տոկոսն է Ռուսաստանը համարում դաշնակից եւ բարեկամ պետություն:
Մինչդեռ նախորդ տարիներին՝ 2015 թ-ին, այդ ցուցանիշը 86 տոկոս էր կազմում, իսկ 2014-ին՝ 87 տոկոս։ Ասել է թե՝ այս տարի ՌԴ-ի վարկանիշը ամբողջ 17 տոկոսով անկում է գրանցել Հայաստանում: Անշուշտ, ցանկացած հարցում արտացոլում է իրականության մի մասը, սակայն կոնկրետ այս դեպքում ներկայցված պատկերը բավականին համահունչ է հատկապես ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո հայ հասարակության մեջ տիրող տրամադրություններին: Չմոռանանք նաեւ, որ հակառուսական տրամադրությունները բավականին խորացան «Սասնա ծռերի» գործողությունների, ինչպես նաեւ ազատագրված տարածքների հանձնման՝ ռուսական պարտադրանքի մասին հայտարարություններից հետո:
Հենց միան ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին Բաքվուն արած հայտարարությունը՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու ցանկության մասին, արդեն իսկ կարող էր զգալի ազդեցություն ունենալ հակառուսական տրամադրությունների խորացման առումով: Եվ թեեւ ամիսներ անց՝ սեպտեմբերի 21-ի զորահանդեսում, ռուսական արտադրության «Իսկանդերները» որոշակիորեն վերականգնեցին Ռուսաստանի՝ որպես ՀՀ անվտանգության երաշխավոր-դաշնակցի ընկալումները, սակայն դա, փաստորեն, բավարար չեղավ նախկին վիճակին գալու համար: Մյուս կողմից էլ, ուշագրավ է, որ ըստ նույն հարցման՝ Հայաստանը բավականին լավ վարկանիշ ունի Ռուսաստանում:
Բարեկամ երկրների ցանկում Հայաստանը 35 տոկոսով զբաղեցրել է չորրորդ հորիզոնականը՝ ԵՏՄ անդամներից զիջելով Բելառուսին եւ Ղազախստանին: Նկատենք, որ այս առումով պատկերն ընդամենը մի քանի տարի առաջ շատ մտահոգիչ էր: Մեկ այլ ուշագրավ հանգամանք է այն, որ Հայաստանում ամենամեծ անկումն է գրանցվել ԵՏՄ-ից ակնկալիքների եւ ՀՀ-ի՝ եվրասիական ինտեգրացիային աջակցության առումով: Անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ամբողջ 10 տոկոսով այդ ցուցանիշը նվազել է, մինչդեռ, օրինակ, Բելառուսում, որի նախագահ Լուկաշենկոն անվերջ սպառնում է դուրս գալ ԵՏՄ-ից, անցած տարվա համեմատ աջակիցները 3 տոկոսով աճել են: Ամփոփելով՝ նկատենք, որ նման հարցումները սթափեցնող նշանակություն կարող են ունենալ սեփական անփոխարինելիության գիտակցությունը չափազանցության հասցրած Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների համար:
