Այսօր, ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, ԱԺ-ում Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի 2017-ի գործունեության ծրագիրը ներկայացրեց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը:

ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր Վահրամ Մկրտչյանը նրան հարցրեց, թե 2017-ին ջրահեռացումն ու ջրամատակարարումը մեկ օպերատո՞ր պետք է սպասարկի: Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը պատասխանեց, որ մրցույթը հաղթել է ֆրանսիական «Վիոլա» ընկերությունը:

Պատգամավորը նաեւ հետաքրքրվեց՝ սակագները հաշվարկելիս՝ գազամատակարարում, էլեկտրամատակարարում, բոլոր ոլորտներում շահութաբերության տոկոսը նո՞ւյնն է, նաեւ հարցրեց՝ հանրային ծառայության որեւէ ոլորտում սակագնի փոփոխություն նախատեսվո՞ւմ է, թե՞ չէ:

Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը հաստատեց տարածված տեղեկությունը. «Բոլորդ քաջ տեղյակ եք վարչապետի այն հանձնարարությանը՝ առաջարկել հանձնաժողովին, որպեսզի սոցիալապես անապահով խավեր եւ գյուղատնտեսական որոշ ոլորտներում խթանող սակագներ մենք սահմանենք:

Դրա հետ պայմանավորված հիմա քննարկումների մեջ ենք, եւ եթե գտնենք անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրը, ապա էներգետիկայի մասին օրենքի համաձայն, սակագներին իրավունք ունենք անդրադառնալ ոչ շուտ, քան 6 ամիս հետո, իսկ գազի համար այդ 6 ամիսը լրանում է հունվարի 1-ին, իսկ էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար՝ փետրվարի 1-ին, կարծում եմ, չի բացառվում, որ մենք հունվարի 1-ին գազի սակագինը վերանայենք, իսկ մինչեւ փետրվարի 1-ը՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը»:

ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ճշտեց՝ դեպի նվազում է լինում վերանայումը, իջեցնում եք, չէ՞՝ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը հաստատեց. «Այո, վարչապետի հայտարարությունը բոլորիդ հայտնի է, դրա համար չկարեւորեցի, այո, դեպի իջեցում եւ շոշափելի իջեցում սոցիալապես անապահով խավերին, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի վերամշակողների, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների համար, սակայն դա ոչ ի հաշիվ մեր մյուս սպառողների: Դրա համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ է նոր ֆինանսավորման աղբյուր»:
