«Հայկական ժամանակ». Նոր սերնդի հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների ձեռքբերման վերջնաժամկետը կհետաձգվի մեկ տարով

«Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերը կարող են շունչ քաշել, քանի որ նոր սերնդի հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների ձեռքբերման վերջնաժամկետը կհետաձգվի մեկ տարով՝ մինչև 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը։ Մինչ այդ, վերջնաժամկետը սահմանված Էր մինչև 2017-ի հունվարի 1-ը։ Այս մասին մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեք են պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեից։ ՊԵԿ-ը մշակել Է «Հսկիչդրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծ, որը մինչև տարեվերջ կներկայացվի ԱԺ։ Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ գրել Էինք, որ Հայաստան ներկրված նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ները վերջացել են, իսկ տնտեսվարողները հարկադրված են դրանք գնել մասնավորից, որը կրկնակի թանկ է վաճառում (120 հազար դրամով)։  Անդրադառնալով   ՀԴՄ-ների  ձեռքբերման խնդրին.

ՊԵԿ լրատվականից հայտնել են. որ Հայաստան ՀԴՄ-ներ առաքող՝ «MITAC Information Technologies Corporation» կազմակերպության կողմից ՀԴՄ-ներն արդեն իսկ առաքվել են, և « Հսկիչ– դրամարկղային մեքենաների ներդրման գրասենյակ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից ստացվելուց հետո կիրականացվի դրանց տրամադրումը հարկ վճարողներին։ Թե ինչ քանակությամբ է առաքվել և երբ այն տեղ կհասնի հայտնի չէ։ Հայտնի է միայն, որ դեռ 26 հազար հարկ վճարողներ չեն տեղադրել այդ նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ները։ Այսինքն, ներկա դրությամբ հենց այդքան ՀԴՄ է անհրաժեշտ։ Իսկ դա ահռելի քանակություն է Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 19-ի դրությամբ տարեկան մինչև 58.35 միլիոն դրամի շրջանառություն ունեցող տնտեսվարողներից միայն 20 հազար 500-ը ունի նոր ՀԴՄ»,–գրում է թերթը։
