Արդեն 4 օր է Թուրքիայի Դիարբեքիր նահանգում եւ այլ քրդաբնակ շրջաններում ինտերնետային կապն անջատված է:
Թուրքիայում քրդական ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Սելահաթթին Դեմիրթաշն այս ամենում մեղադրում է իշխանություններին:

Ինտերնետի բացակայության պայմաններում արդեն 4 օր է քրդական շրջաններում չեն աշխատում բանկերը, արտակարգ իրավիճակների ծառայությունների, հիվանդանոցների, դեղատների եւ այլ կարեւոր օբյեկտների՝ ինտերնետի հետ կապված հատվածը ամբողջովին խաթարվել է:
Քրդաբնակ շրջաններում ինտերնետային անջատումների դեմ հանդես է եկել «Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների» միջազգային կազմակերպության (RSF) Գերմանիայի կառույցի տնօրեն Քրիստիան Միհրը՝ դա համարելով հարված մամուլի ազատությանը:
Ինտերնետային անջատումները հաջորդել են հոկտեմբերի 25-ին Դիարբեքիրի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած ձերբակալություններին:
Դիարբեքիրի քաղաքապետեր Գյուլթան Քըշանաքը և Ֆըրաթ Անլըն անվտանգությանվարչության ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի բաժնի կողմից հոկտեմբերի 25-ին են ձերբակալվել են:
Ձերբակալությունները տեղի են ունեցել Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) դեմ տարվող հետաքննության շրջանակում:
