ՄԱԿ-ը կոչ է արել Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին հարգել մարդու իրավունքները

Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպությունը Դիարբեքիրի քաղաքապետարանի համանախագահներ Գյուլթան Քըշանաքի եւ Ֆըրաթ Անլըյի ձերբակալության առնչությամբ կատարած հայտարարության մեջ Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին կոչ է արել հարգել մարդու իրավունքները:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է թուրքական demokrathaber.orgլրատվական կայքը:

ՄԱԿ-ն այս հայտարարությունը տարածել էր ձերբակալությունների վերաբերյալ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից կատարված պաշտոնական հայտարարություններից հետո:

Հայտարարության մեջ ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատարի խոսնակ Ռավինա Շամդասանը նշել է. «Մենք Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին ցանկանում ենք հիշեցնել, որ նույնիսկ արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարագայում անհրաժեշտ է պահպանել օրինականության, համաչափության, արդար դատաքննության եւ անմեղության կանխավարկածի բոլոր կանոնները: Թուրքական իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում ամենաբարձր մակարդակով պահպանել թափանցիկության եւ մարդու իրավունքների սկզբունքները»:

Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին տեղի ունեցած ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հաստատված արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի շրջանակներում համատարած ձերբակալությունները շարունակվում են: Հազարավոր մարդիկ ձերբակալվել են հիմնականում գույենականներին հարելու կամ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու մեղադրանքներով:

Քրդերի հատվածում ձերբակալությունները կատարվում են  քրդստանի բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK)  գործողություններին մասնակցություն ունենալու մեղադրանքով:

Արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը սահմանվել էր 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 19-ը: Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին կայացած Թուրքիայի կառավարության նիստում որոշում էր ընդունվել այն հոկտեմբերի 19-ից սկսած երկարաձգել ևս 90 օրով:
