Գոյություն ունեն ներքնազգեստի տարբեր տեսակներ, ձևեր։ Փորձագետները պնդում են, որ համաշխարհային արդյունաբերության մեջ ներքնազգեստի շրջանառությունը կազմում է 30 միլիարդ դոլար։
Չնայած մենք մեծ գումարներ ենք ծախսում դրանց վրա, կան մի շարք հարցեր, որոնք բացահայտ չեն քննարկվում։

1․ Կարելի՞ է ներքնազգեստը կրել 2 օր անընդմեջ։
Եթե ինչ-ինչ պատճառով դուք չեք փոխել երեկվա ներքնազգեստը, ապա առողջության համար ոչ մի վտանգավոր բան չկա։ Լրիվ թույլատրելի է նույն վարտիքը երկու օր անընդմեջ հագնել, կարևորը, որ այն մաքուր լինի, այսինքն առանց արտադրության հետքերի։
2․ Արդյո՞ք կարևոր է կտորի նշանակությունը
Այո՛։ Կտորի որակը հսկայական նշանակություն ունի և այն անմիջական ազդեցություն ունի առողջության վրա։ Վարակներից և քորից խուսափելու համար մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս կրել բամբակե, իսկ սպորտով զբաղվելու ժամանակ՝ սինթետիկ ներքնազգեստ։
3․Կարելի՞ է սպորտով զբաղվել ստրինգ տեսակի վարտիքով
Կարելի է, բայց պետք չէ։ Սպորտի պարապմունքների ժամանակ ավելի լավ է հագնել ավանդական վարտիք։
4 Ի՞ նչ վարտիք պետք է կրել՝ ավանդակա՞ն, թե՞ ստրինգ
Ստրինգ տեսակի վարտիքները ամենաշատն են վաճառվում մեր օրերում։ Սակայն գինեկոլոգները կարծում են, որ այն ամենավնասակար հայտնագործություններից մեկն է։ Այս վարտիքները թելերի միջոցով ոչ միայն փոխանցում են բակտերիաները, այլ նաև կարող են վնասել ինտիմ հատվածի մաշկը։ Արգելվում է ամեն օր հագնել նման վարտիք։
5․ Կարելի՞ է չկրել ներքնազգեստ
Ամերիկյան հարցումներից մեկի համաձայն՝ մարդկանց ¼-ը չի կրում վարտիք, մասնավորապես սպորտով զբաղվելիս։ Եթե կրում եք կիպ սպորտային հագուստ, ապա կարելի է ներքնազգեստ չկրել և վայելել ազատությունը։
