Կենտրոնական Իտալիայի հազարավոր բնակիչներ, որտեղ նախօրյակին տեղի Է ունեցել 6,6 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ, հարկադրված են եղել հոկտեմբերի լույս 31-ի գիշերն անցացնելու վրաններում, ավտոմոբիլներում եւ ժամանակավոր տեղավորման կենտրոններում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:

Հոկտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժի ընթացքում ոչ ոք չի զոհվել, բայց հաղորդվում Է 20 վիրավորների մասին: Հուժկու ցնցումներն ընդգրկուն ավերումներ են առաջացրել:

«Վնասն անդառնալի Է: Հազարավոր մարդիկ գտնվում են փողոցներում: Նրանք ահաբեկված են, լաց են լինում: Հուսանք, որ շուտով ամեն ինչ կվերջանա: Մարդիկ հոգեբանորեն ծնկի են բերվել»,- ասել Է Տոլենտինոյի կոմունայի քաղաքագլուխ Ջուզեպե Պեցանեզին:

Տեղական իշխանությունները տեղեկացրել են, որ երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով լրջորեն տուժել են Կաստելսանտանջելո եւ Պրեչի քաղաքները: Զգալի ավերածությունների մասին հայտնել են Ուսիտա եւ Արկուատա գյուղերի գյուղապետերը:

Իտալիայի՝ երկրաշարժից տուժած բնակավայրերի շուրջ ութ հազար բնակիչների իշխանությունները տեղավորել են հյուրանոցներում եւ այլ ապաստարաններում, հոկտեմբերի լույս 31-ի գիշերը հաղորդել Է Associated Press գործակալությունը:      

Կենտրոնական Իտալիայում 6,6 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժը տեղի Է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 30-ի առավոտյան, մյուսներից ավելի տուժել են Մարկեի եւ Ումբրիայի մարզերը, Էպիկենտրոնը գտնվել Է շուրջ հինգ հազար բնակիչ ունեցող Նորչա քաղաքի շրջանում:
