Երբ զինվորական ծառայողը մեկնում է այլ երկիր, ավտոմատ կերպով պետք է ընդունի տվյալ երկրի բանակի բոլոր պայմանները, այդ թվում նաև կրի տվյալ երկրի բանակի համազգեստը:

Հունաստանում զինվորական զվարճալի համազգեստ են հագնում պահակ զինվորները: Նրանք պարտավոր են հսկել կարևոր, այդ թվում նաև սուրբ իրերը: Նկարում պատկերված է անհայտ զինվորի արձանը հսկող զինվորների երթը: Թվում է՝ միայն ցինիկ մարդը կարող է ծաղրել այդ արձանը, սակայն բոլոր զբոսաշրջիկները չէ, որ կարողանում են զսպել իրենց ծիծաղը՝ տեսնելով այդ զինորներին:

Ֆիջիում ժամապահ զինվորները պետք է անպայման ունենան մերկ ոտքեր ու կրեն պատառոտված կիսաշրջազգեստ: Բացի այդ նրանք նաև արթուն հսկում են նախկին նախագահ Ռատու Կամիսեսե Կապաիվաի Տուիմակիլաի Մարայի գերեզմանը: Սակայն դա նույնպես առիթ չի հանդիսացել փոխելու համազգեստը: Գոնե հագնեին սև կիսաշրջազգեստ ու կրեին սև մաշիկներ՝ որպես սգի նշան:
