ՋՏՊԿ նախագահը կայցելի մարզային կառույցներ

Համայնքային կառույցներ այցելությունները պարբերական բնույթ են կրելու: Այսպիսով կկարողանանք հստակ պատկերացում կազմել այն մասին, թե ինչպես են աշխատում ՋՏՊԿ ենթակայության տակ գործող կառույցները և ՋՕԸ-երը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Այս մասին Արարատի մարզ կատարած այցելության ընթացքում ասաց Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը:
Նորանշանակ նախագահը մտադիր է անձամբ շրջել Երևանում և մարզերում տեղակայված կառույցներ և տեղում ծանոթանալ ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին և ծագող խնդիրներին:
«Կարծում եմ՝ այսպիսի այցելությունները ոչ միայն աչալրջության ևս մեկ ազդակ կլինեն մեր ենթակառուցվածքների համար, այլև բավականին օգտակար հենց ՋՏՊԿ-ի համար: Այսպիսով մենք ոչ միայն կկարողանանք «գույքագրել» մեր կառույցների բնականոն աշխատանքը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները, այլև մեր աչքով կտեսնենք այն պայմանները, որոնցում աշխատում են մեր գործընկերները: Խոսքս նաև նյութատեխնիկական բազայի մասին է: Համոզված եմ, որ այսպիսի այցելությունները կօգնեն տեսնել խնդիրները և հնարավորինս կարճ ժամկետում դրանց արդյունավետ լուծումներ մշակել»,- ասաց Ա. Հարությունյանը:
ՋՏՊԿ նախագահի առաջին կանգառը Մխչյանի պոմպակայանում էր: Այս կայանի 9 պոմպերի միջոցով ապահովվում է Արտաշատի մայր ջրանցքի կայուն ջրմատակարարումը:
Այնուհետև Ա. Հարությունյանն այցելեց Արտաշատի ՋՕԸ: Աշխատակիցների հետ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ամփոփվեցին ոռոգման սեզոնի միջանկյալ տվյալները: ՋՕԸ տնօրեն Արթուր Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ այս տարի ոռոգման ջրի հետ կապված բողոքներ տարածաշրջանում չեն եղել, սակայն խնդիրներ կան շահագործվող տեխնիկայի առումով. Խորհրդային Միությունից ժառանգություն ստացված տեխնիկայի օգտագործումը ոչ միայն անարդյունավետ է, այլև՝ էներգածախսատար:
Ա. Հարությունյանը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց լսել և քննարկել բոլոր այն դժվարությունները, որոնք առաջանում են ոռոգման համակարգում, և վստահեցրեց, որ մատնանշված մի շարք խնդիրեն լուծումներ կստանան ամենասեղմ ժամկետում:
