Հոկտեմբերի 29-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 17։10-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի՝ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին գործող խոզաբուծարանի մոտակայքում՝ Նուբարաշենի թիվ 2 թաղամասում հրդեհ է բռնկվել։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե է ժամանում թիվ 10 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ այնուհետև թիվ 6 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը, սակայն հրշեջներին չի հաջողվում փայտաշեն տնակում առաջացած հրդեհը մարել։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին. «Հրդեհի պատճառը էլեկտրալարերի սխալ միացումն է եղել։ Բազմաթիվ անգամ դիմել ենք էլեկտրոցանց, որպեսզի լուծում տան այդ խնդրին։ Այն է՝ էլեկտրալարերը մոնտաժվի, կարգի բերվի էլեկտրասյուները ու ամեն անգամ էլեկտրացանցից ժամանած աշխատակիցներն ասում են, թե կլուծենք այդ խնդիրը, սակայն 20 տարուց ավելի է, խնդիրը չի լուծվում։ Էլեկտրալարերի սխալ միացման ու ճիշտ չմոնտաժման հետևանքով մի քանի անգամ տներ են վառվել այստեղ։ Ցավոք, դեպքերից երկուսը ողբերգական են եղել, և երեխաների մոխրացած դիրեր են դուրս բերել ու դա էլ չի սթափեցրել էլեկտրոցանցի աշխատակիցներին»։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ ամբոջովին մոխրակույտի վերածված տունը պատկանում է առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող, 60-ամյա Սվետլանա Պետրոսյանին, ում հետ բնակվում են աղջիկը և 3 թոռները։ Չարաբաստիկ հրդեհից հետո նրանք բնակվում են հարևանների տանը։ Անգամ հագուկապը հոգացել են հարևանները։

Կարապետյանին, որպեսզի օգնության ձեռք մեկնի մեր ընտանիքին և կարգադրի, որպեսզի Նուբարաշենի էլեկտրացանցի աշխատակիցները վերջապես լուծեն այդ երկար որդյան հանգույց հիշեցնող խնդիրը, այն է՝ ապահովեն անվտանգ էլեկտրամատակարարում, թե չէ, ինչի՞ է նման՝ մի թեթև քամի, լարերը կպնում են իրար ու մահաբեր հրդեհը պատրաստ է»,-ասում էին նրանք։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն ասում էին նաև, որ. «Մեզ այցելել է Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը, սակայն ինչքան էլ նա ցանկանա մեզ օգնել, միևնույն է, թաղապետարանն այդքան ֆինանսներ չունի։ Կրկին խնդրում ենք Սամվել Կարապետյանին, որպեսզի սատար կանգնի մեզ։ Մեր հույսը կապում ենք միայն նրա հետ»։
