Հայաստանը և Հարավային Կորեան հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարներ են ուրվագծում

Հայաստանը և Հարավային Կորեան մի շարք ոլորտներում հարաբերությունների զարգացման լայն հնարավորություններ ունեն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Երևանում կայացած «Հայաստանի և Կորեայի միջև փոխըմբռնման և մշակութային համագործակցության նոր հնարավորություններ» գիտաժողովի ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց Սլավոնա-եվրասիական հետազոտությունների կորեական կենտրոնի (KASEUS) նախագահ Հոնգ Վան Սուկը: «Չնայած երկու երկրները գտնվում են իրարից շատ հեռու և փոխառնչություններ գրեթե չեն ունեցել, սակայն կան պատմական որոշ նմանություններ, մասնավորապես, գերտերությունների կողմից ազդեցության և մեծ սփյուռքի առկայության իմաստով: Հետագայում համագործակցության տեսանկյունից էական են երկու ժողովուրդների փոխճանաչմանն ուղղված քայլերը»,- նշեց կորեացի փորձագետը: Հոնգ Վան Սուկը հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի և Կորեայի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները հաստատվել են 1992-ի փետրվարին և 2017-ին նշվելու է այդ իրադարձության 25-ամ յակը:
ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության երկկողմ և բազմակողմ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Աշոտ Քոչարյանի խոսքով` Հայաստանը շատ է կարևորում Կորեայի հետ համագործակցությունը բոլոր ոլորտներով, իսկ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից հետո երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ունեցել են վերընթաց զարգացում: ԱԳՆ պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ երկու երկրներն ունեն համատեղության կարգով դեսպաններ, պատվո հյուպատոսներ, երկու երկրների խորհրդարաններում գործում են բարեկամության խմբեր: Քոչարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2012թ. Միջուկային անվտանգության համ աժողովին մասնակցելու համար Սեուլ է այցելել ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Պաշտոնական այցով այդ երկրում եղել է նաև ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների իրավական հիմքի տեսանկյունից ստորագրված են մի շարք պայմանագրեր, մի քանիսի պատրաստումն էլ ընթացքի մեջ է:
Աշոտ Քոչարյանն ընդգծեց նաև, որ երկու երկրներն ունեն տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման մեծ ներուժ: «Հայաստանի համար հատկապես հետաքրքիր է Կորեայի տնտեսական զարգացման մոդելը, և հատկապես դրանում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների դերը»,- նշեց ԱԳՆ պաշտոնյան` շեշտելով, որ այս համատեքստում էական է համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների հիմնումը և հիշեցրեց, որ կորեական ընկերությունները մասնակցել են Հայաստանում կայացած Digitec ցուցահանդեսին:
