Եվրահանձնաժողովն ներգաղթյալների հարկադիր վերաբնակեցման համակարգ է առաջարկել։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ օգոստոսին 125 հազար մարդ է ժամանել, եւ հիմա այդ հոսքը կայունացել է այդ մակարդակի վրա։ «Առաջարկում ենք Իտալիայից, Հունաստանից եւ Հունգարիայից ժամանած 120 հազար ներգաղթյալների վերաբնակեցման մեխանիզմ մշակել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ կտեղաբաշխեն 160 հազար մարդու։ 40 հազարի հարցով մենք արդեն պայմանավորվել ենք։ Հուսամ, այս անգամ բոլոր երկրները կմասնակցեն»,- փոխանցում է Gazeta-ն։
Յունկերի խոսքով՝ իրենք մշակում են ապահով երկրների ցուցակը, որտեղից փախչելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա։ Այդ երկրներն են ոչ միայն ԵՄ անդամ պետությունները, այլ նաեւ հավակնորդները՝ Ալբանիան, Թուրքիան, Չեռնոգորիան։ Այս երկրներից մարդիկ շարունակում են փախչել, բայց դրանք վտանգավոր երկրների դասակարգում չեն։ «Բոլորը ապաստանի իրավունք ունեն, բայց այդ երկրները պետք է հասկանան, որ եթե այնտեղ փախստականների կյանքին վտանգ սպառնա, ապա իրենք դուրս կգան ապահով երկրների ցուցակից եւ դրա հետ մեկտեղ կզրկվեն ԵՄ անդամի հավակնորդի կարգավիճակից»,- պարզաբանել է նա։
