«Հայկական ժամանակ». Սփյուռքում ևս չի հաջողվում միավորվել

«2017 թվականի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ սփյուռքն աննախադեպ ակտիվացել է։ Նախորդ երկու համապետական ընտրություններում և հետընտրական զարգացումներում նույնպես սփյուռքը որոշակիորեն ներգրավվեց, բայց դա հիմնականում անհատական բնույթ էր կրում և որևէ կենտրոնից չէր կազմակերպվում։ 2008, 2013 թվականներին ակտիվ սփյուռքահայերը 10 հոգի էլ չէին լինի, որոնք ակտիվանում էին քարոզարշավի վերջին փուլում կամ հետընտրական զարգացումների ժամանակ։ Հիմա բոլորովին այլ իրավիճակ ունենք։ Ընտրություններին դեռ 6 ամիս կա, բայց սփյուռքի հայրենակիցները հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերի հետ հավասար մտել են գործընթացի մեջ։ Ընդ որում, դա տեղի է ունենում ոչ թե նախկինի նման անհատական նախաձեռնությունների տեսքով, այլ համակարգային ձևով։ Այս պահին ունենք երկու նման խոշոր նախաձեռնություն, և բոլորովին չի բացառվում, որ մինչև ընտրություններ նորերն ի հայտ գան։ Խոսքը մեկ ամիս առաջ մի խումբ անվանի սփյուռքահայերի նախաձեռնած «Արդարություն Հայաստանում» խորագրով ստորագրահավաքի, և անցյալ շաբաթ էլ ավելի անվանի սփյուռքահայերի նախաձեռնած «Գլոբալ հայերի ապագան այսօր է» վերնագրով բաց նամակի մասին է։ Երկու դեպքում էլ հեղինակներն իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնում ՀՀ ներկայի և ապագայի վերաբերյալ և ներհայաստանյան գործընթացներին մասնակցելու հայտ են ներկայացնում։ Թե ինչու են հատկապես այս ընտրություններից առաջ սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներն այսքան ակտիվացել, առանձին վերլուծության թեմա է։ Այս պահին աչք է ծակում մեկ այլ երևույթ. սփյուռքում նույնպես չեն կարողանում միասնական մոտեցում ձևավորել Հայաստանում փոփոխությունների հարցում, այնպես, ինչպես տարիներ շարունակ դա չի ստացվում հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիրների մոտ։ «Գլոբալ հայերը» և «Արդար հայերը» արտահայտում են նույն մտահոգությունները, խոսում են գրեթե նույն լեզվով։ «Արդար հայերի» գաղափարակիրն ու առաջամարտիկը Արսինե Խանջյանն է, «Գլոբալ հայերինը»՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
Ի՞նչ է այս ամենը նշանակում, արդյոք առաջիկայում արդար և գլոբալ հայերը կմիավորվե՞ն, ինչպե՞ս կներգրավվեն 2017-ի ընտրություններին, կամ իշխանությունը թույլ կտա՞, որ առհասարակ ներգրավվեն, թե՞ նրանց հարցերն էլ կլուծի այնպես, ինչպես ընդդիմության հարցերն է լուծում Հայաստանում, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։ Փաստ է, սակայն, որ 2017-ից առաջ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիմադրության ուղղությունները շատանում են և նրա հիմնական զենքը՝ ֆինանսական հոսքերը վերահսկելը կարող է աշխատել միայն երկրի ներսում, սփյուռքի հնարավորություններն այս առումով անսահմանափակ են»,–գրում է թերթը։
