Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները չեն վստահում բանկերին

 Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները նախընտրում են իրենց գումարները պահել տանը, քան բանկերում:

Այս ամենը պարզվել է բնակչության շրջանում անցկացված սոցհարցման արդյունքում:

Ադրբեջանի բնակչության շրջանում դեվալվացիաների եւ  մի շարք բանկերի լուծարման պատճառով բանկերի նկատմամբ վստահությունը պակասել է:

Մարդիկ ավանդներ դնում են կամ Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի անդամ բանկերում, կամ գումարը պահում են իրենց մոտ:

2016 թվականի մարտի 2-ից սկսած Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի անդամ բանկերում  արտարժույթի դեպքում 3 տոկոսով, իսկ տեղական արժույթի դեպքում 15 տոկոսով ընդունված ավանդները 3 տարի ժամկետով ապահովագրվում են:

Ապահովագրված ավանդների դեպքում  բանկի լուծարման կամ այլ խնդրի պարագայում «ավանդների փոխատուցման» օրենքի համաձայն` ավանդատուի վնասը փոխատուցվում է ապահովագրական հիմնադրամի կողմից:

Միայն այս տարվա հունվար-հոկտեմբերին ադրբեջանում փակվել է մեկ տասնյակից ավելի բանկ:

Բանկերի լիցենզիաները չեղարկվել են այն բանի հետ կապված, որ նրանց գումարային կապիտալը չի համապատասխանում ԿԲ-ի կողմից պահանջվող չափին, ինչպես նաեւ այն պատճառով, որ բանկերն ի վիճակի չեն վարկատուների առաջ կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները եւ ընթացիկ հուսալի ղեկավարում ապահովել:

Haqqin.az կայքն ավելի վաղ մեջբերել էր սոցցանցերում հայտնված ադրբեջանական բանկերից մեկի` Atlant Bank-ի` բանջարեղենի եւ մրգերի վաճառակետի վերածված լուսանկարը, որը հանդիսանում է  Ադրբեջանի բանկային համակարգի անկման ակնառու օրինակ:
