3. Մի ձգտեք կատարյալին
Պերֆեկցիոնիզմը մարդկանց ստիպում է վախի մեջ ապրել, որ կյանքը երբեք բավականաչափ լավը չի լինի: Այդ իրավիճակում վստահություն չի առաջանում: Դրանք միմյանց հակասող հասկացություններ են:

Վստահությունը փորձի հետ է գալիս, գործողությունների միջոցով: Ամենավստահ մարդիկ նրանք են, ովքեր պատրաստ են հիմար, ապուշ թվալ, միայն թե հասնեն իրենց ուղածին: Նրանց նորից ու նորից են փորձում, ընկնում եւ բարձրանում, շտկվում եւ շարունակում սովորել ու աճել կյանքի փորձի միջով:
5. Ձեւացրեք
Երբեմն հարկավոր է վստահ ձեւանալ: Զուգագուլպա եւ բարձրակրունկ կոշիկ հագիր ու ռեստորան գնա, նստիր բարի մոտ, զրուցիր բարմենի կամ կողքիդ կանգնած տղամարդու հետ: Փորձարկիր վստահ եւ սեքսուալ կնոջ դերը: Դա չի նշանակում դավաճանել ինքդ քեզ, այլ պարզապես այլ կերպարում լինելու փորձ է: Քանի որ ներքուստ ձեր մեջ կա այդ վստահ սեքսուալ կինը, եւ դուք պարզապես պետք է փորձեք այդ կերպարը՝ ձեզ համար մշտական դարձնելուց առաջ:
