Ինչպես հասկանալ ձուն թա՞րմ է, թե ոչ

Հավկիթի որակը պայմանավորված է նրա թարմությամբ: Արտաքին տեսքից երբեմն դժվար է հասկանալ թարմ է այն, թե ոչ: Կան մի քանի գաղտնիքներ, որոնք կօգնեն Ձեզ գնումներ կատարելիս:
Հավկիթի օգտագործման ժամկետը կախված է դրա պահպանման պայմաններից: Շոգ եղանակին այս մթերքը շատ ավելի արագ է փչանում: Իսկ ինչպես հասկանալ հավկիթը թա՞րմ է, թե ոչ:
Ոչ այնքան թարմ բանջարեղենը, միրգը, միսը, ձուկը շատ հեշտությամբ կարելի է տարբերակել արտաքին տեսքից, իսկ եթե շատ հին է՝ նաեւ տհաճ հոտից:
Ձվի դեպքում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ, քանի որ արտաքնապես եւ հոտով դրա թարմ լինելը շատ դժվար է որոշել:
Իհարկե, երբ ձուն փտած է, դրա տհաճ հոտը զգացվում է, բայց մինչ այդ կան շատ, ոչ այնքան հաճելի փուլեր, որոնց ժամանակ նույնպես չի կարելի տվյալ ձուն ուտել: Խանութներում վաճառվող ձվի վրա դրոշմված է թղչնաֆաբրիկայի շտամպն ու պահպանման ժամկետը: Սովորաբար դրանք նախատեսված են մեկ ամսյա օգտագործման համար, եթե ճիշտ պայմաններում են պահվում: Բայց տնական ձվերի վրա ոչ մի դրոշմ չկա եւ հենց այստեղ էլ Ձեզ պետք կգան մեր խորհուրդները:
Տնական ձվերը տարբեր են լինում եւ չի կարելի դրանց 100%-ով վստահել, ինչպես խանութում վաճառվողները, քանի որ երբեմն ֆաբրիկաներում մաքրում են հին շտամպը եւ դրա փոխարեն նորը դրոշմում:
Խորհուրդը հետեւյալն է. թարմությունը պարզելու համար պետք է բաժակի մեջ ջուր լցնել եւ դնել հավկիթը: Եթե այն մնում է ջրի ամենաստորին հատվածում, ապա այն իսկապես թարմ է, եւ Ձեզ չեն խաբել:
Եթե ձուն բաժակի ստորին հատվածում է, բայց ինչ-որ չափով ուղղահայաց (եւ ոչ հորիզոնական) դիրքով է մնում, ապա ձուն այնքան էլ թարմ չէ եւ պետք է այն արագ ուտել: Ընդ որում, նման ձուն չի կարելի հում վիճակում ուտել:
Իսկ եթե ձուն սկսում է լողալ, ապա առանց երկմտելու դեն նետեք այն:
Այս թեստը իսկապես օգտակար է եւ հավաստի, քանի որ ձվի կեղեւը ծակոտեն ծածկույթ ունի եւ ինչքան ձուն հին է, այնքան շատ օդ է ներթափանցում դրա միջով: Իսկ ինչքան շատ եղավ օդի քանակը ձվի մեջ, այնքան շատ այն կսկսի լողալ բաժակի մեջ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ձվի պահպանման ժամկետը երեսուն օր է, բայց ձուն դիետիկ համարվում է միայն առաջին յոթ օրերի ընթացքում:
