Թուրքիային միջնորդ դարձնելու ՌԴ-ի մտադրությունը վերջնականապես կվերացնի հենց իր ազդեցությունը Հվ. Կովկասում

ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ի բոլոր համանախագահները վերջին շրջանում բազմիցս նշեցին, որ Արցախյան խնդրի լուծման ամենաընդունելի տարբերակը կարգավիճակ՝ տարածքների դիմաց սկզբունքն է, որը, սակայն, պետք է քննարկվի։ Իսկ արդեն Թուրքիային հակամարտող կողմերի միջև որպես միջնորդ ներգրավելու վտանգավոր թեզը պատկանում է ՌԴ-ին, դրա մասին բոլորովին վերջերս խոսեց ՌԴ-ի արտգործնախարարը և դրական գնատահատեց Թուրքիայի ներգրավածության հավանականությունը հակամարտությանը։
Ավելորդ է ասել, թե ինչ է նշանակում Թուրքիայի ներգրավածությունը այս խնդրին մեզ համար, ավելորդ է ասել, թե դա որքան կլկտիացնի Ադրբեջանին և կմեծացնի նրա պահանջները։
Բայց արի ու տես, որ սեփական էներգետիկ շահերն ու նախագծերը ՌԴ-ին կարող են թելադրել նաև ոչ միայն հերթական անգամ ոտնահարել իր կողմից գաղութ համարվող Հայաստանի շահերը, այլ նաև վտանգի տակ դնել նույնիսկ սեփական դոմինանտությունը Ղարաբաղի համակամարտության հարցում։ Բանն այն է, որ Թուրքիան, որին այդքան ՌԴ-ն ուզում է միջնորդ դարձնել, ուղղակի ժամանակի ընթացքում կարող է վերջնականապես դուրս մղել ՌԴ-ին Հարավային Կովկասից, որովհետև և՛ Ադրբեջանը, և՛ Վրաստանը կրում են Թուրքիայի ազդեցությունը, իսկ Արցախյան խնդրի ոչ հայանպաստ լուծման պարագայում, ինչն անխուսափելի է, եթե այս երկիրը դառնա միջնորդ, Հայաստանին չեզոքացնելը երևի թե ժամերի հարց կդառնա Թուրքիայի համար։ Ուստի հուսանք՝ ՌԴ-ում իշխող ֆինանսական և էներգետիկ կլանները կգերադասեն ՌԴ-ի հետաքրքրությունները մի քանի նավթատար և գազատար խողովակաշարերից։
