Օրական մեկ ձուն կաթվածի հավանականությունը 12 տոկոսով նվազեցնում է

Հավկիթը եւ դրա հիմքով մթերքներն օգտակար են ուղեղի անոթների համար: Օրական ընդամենը մեկ ձուն բավարար է տարեց տարիքում 12 տոկոսով կաթվածի ավանականությունը նվազեցնելու համար: Այս մասին են վկայում Էնն-Արբորի EpidStat ինստիտուտի ամերիկացի գիտնականների իրականացրած հետազոտության արդյունքները:
Հետազոտողները նշել են, որ ձվի մեջ պարունակվում են հակաօքսիդանտներ, որոնք նվազեցնում են բջիջների վրա թթվածնային «ճնշման» մակարդակը եւ զսպում են բորբոքային պրոցեսները: Դրանից զատ, այդ մթերքները սպիտակուցների հրաշալի աղբյուր են, որոնք անոթներում ճնշումը նվազեցնում են:
Եզրահանգումներ կատարելիս գիտնականները հիմք են ընդունել 7 հետազոտությունների արդյունքները, որոնք կատարվել էին սրտի եւ անոթների վրա տարբեր մթերքների, այդ թվում՝ հավկիթի ազդեցությունը պարզելու նպատակով:
Տվյալների համաձայն՝ պարզվել է, որ ձվի օգտագործումը կապված է ոչ միայն կաթվածի առաջացման հավանականության նվազման հետ, այլեւ սրտի կորոնար հիվանդության զարգացման հետ (հավանականությունը նվազել է 3-10 տոկոսով):
Ուշագրավ է, որ առողջության վրա այս մթերքի ունեցած էֆեկտը տարբերվել է տղամարդկանց եւ կանանց շրջանում: Այսպես՝ կաթվածի դեպքում ձվի օգտագործումը տղամարդկանց դեպքում ավելի բարերար ազդեցություն է ունեցել, քան կանանց դեպքում: Ինչ վերաբերում է կորոնար հիվանդություններին, ապա նկատվել է հակառակ միտումը՝ այն կանանց ավելի շատ է օգնել, քան ուժեղ սեռի ներկայացուցիչներին:
Նշվում է, որ սննդաբաժնում մեծ թվով ձվի ներառումը երկու հիվանդությունների դեպքում էլ զարգացման նվազման չի հանգեցրել:
