Ադրբեջանում նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբերին տնտեսական լուրջ անկում են կանխատեսում

 Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբերին այդ երկրի տնտեսության մեջ լուրջ անկումներ են կանխատեսում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, ադրբեջանական azadliq.info-ն դիտարկում է անում, որ եթե պետությունը արագ եւ համալիր բարեփոխումներ չիրականացնի, այս փոփոխություններից ամենաշատը կտուժեն սպառողները եւ բիզնես հատվածը:

Մանաթի արժեզրկման,  սեզոնային գործոնների ակտիվացման եւ գումարային շրջանառության աճի արդյունքում սպառողական գների ինդեքսը կսկսի բարձրանալ: Ադրբեջանական մանաթը կշարունակի անկում ապրել` կապված դոլարի պահանջարկի աճի եւ առաջարկի նվազման հետ:

Վճարային հաշվեկշռի դեֆիցիտը կավելանա, քանի որ նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման արդյունքում այս տարվա վերջին ադրբեջանական նավթի վաճառքից ստացվող արտարժույթով մուտքերը կնվազեն:

Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի մեծանալու պատճառով պետբյուջեի ճեղքվածքը կավելանա: 2016 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեի մուտքերի եւ ծախսերի միջեւ ճեղքվածքը կազմել է 519,1 մլն մանաթ, միեւնույն ժամանակ պետբյուջեի ծախսերը նվազել են 12,5 տոկոսով:

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի արտարժույթային պահուստները, կապված տարեվերջին դոլարի պահանջարկի մեծացման հետ, կտրուկ կնվազեն:

Նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամային վիճակում:

ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալությունը ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Միջազգային վարկանիշային Moody’s գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության` SOCAR-ի CFR ( Corporate Family Rating) վարկանիշը` էմիտենտի սեփական պարտավորությունները կատարելու ունակությունը հաստատել է Ba1 մակարդակի: SOCAR-ի SUR ( Senior Undecured Rating) վարկանիշը (խոշոր պարտքային պարտավորությունները) եւ դեֆոլտի հավանականության գծով վարկանիշը եւ Ba1 մակարդակի վրա է, իսկ SOCAR-ի վարկանիշների գծով կանխատեսումը նեգատիվ է:

Fins.az  լրատվական կայքը, հղում կատարելով  նավթ արտահանող երկրների կազմակերպության (OPEC) զեկույցին, հայտնել էր, որ 2016 թվականին Ադրբեջանում նավթի արտադրանքի միջին ծավալը օրական 20 հազար բարելով պակասելու է:

Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով գոյանում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
