Բամբակը թրջեք յոդով, ապա քսեք դաստակի ներքին հատվածին։ Եթե հետքն անհետանում է ավելի շուտ, քան 24 ժամը, նշանակում է՝ վահանաձև գեղձը չի ստանում յոդի անհրաժեշտ քանակ կենսականորեն կարևոր հորմոնների արտադրման համար։
1. Թեստը կարող եք անել օրվա բոլոր ժամերին, սակայն արդյունքն առավելագույնս հստակ կլինի, եթե յոդը դաստակին քսեք առավոտյան՝ լոգանք ընդունելուց հետո։
2. Հետքը կարող է լինել ցանկացած չափի։ Կարևոր է, որ այն չափերով ավելի մեծ չլինի, քան դաստակի ներքին հատվածը։
3. Գրեք հստակ ժամը, երբ յոդը քսել եք դաստակին։
4. Պարբերաբար ուշադրություն դարձրեք նշանի վիճակին։
Ինչպես ճիշտ մեկնաբանել թեստի արդյունքները։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ անհրաժեշտ է հասկանալ, որ որքան արագ է օրգանիզմը ներծծում յոդը, այնքան սուր է այն զգում յոդի պակասը։
• Եթե յոդի գույնը սկսում է բացվել 24 ժամ անց, նշանակում է՝ ամեն ինչ նորմալ է։
• Եթե հետքն ամբողջությամբ անհետանում է 18-24 ժամվա ընթացքում, նշանակում է՝ յոդի մի փոքր պակաս կա, սակայն դա սարսափելի չէ։
• Եթե հետքն ամբողջությամբ անհետանում է 12-18 ժամվա ընթացքում, դուք յոդի չափավոր պակաս ունեք։ Պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկել։
• Եթե հետքն անհետանում է 6-12 ժամվա ընթացքում, դուք լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեք։ Եթե դա տեղի է ունենում 6 ժամից քիչ ժամանակում, անմիջապես դիմեք բժշկի օգնությանը՝ վահանաձև գեղձը ստուգելու համար։
Ինչ անել, եթե յոդի քանակը չի բավարարում։ Եթե յոդի անբավարարությունը փոքր է, անհրաժեշտ է միայն փոխել սննդակարգը։ Շատ կարտոֆիլ, լոռամիրգ, սալորաչիր, ծովախեցգետին և ձուկ կերեք։ Կօգնեն նաև կաթնամթերքը, խաշած ձուն, յոգուրտը, չեդեր պանիրը և բանանը։ Յոդի ևս մեկ աղբյուր է ելակը։
