Առողջապահական պետական տեսչությունում այսօր հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ՝ Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոնի բժշկի կողմից հիվանդին անդամահատված ոտքը տրամադրելու փաստի առթիվ: «Հարուցվել է վարույթ, մեղավորներին գտնելու, օրենսդրության խախտումները պարզելու համար, տվյալ դեպքում խախտումը առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանի պահանջները չկատարելն է»,-Panorama.am-ին ասաց ԱՆ աշխատակազմի առողջապահական պետական տեսչության վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Ժաննետա Բեդյանը: Տեսչության մասնագետն ընդգծեց. «Բժշկական կենտրոնը պետք է ունենա հատուկ տարաներ բժշկական թափոնները հավաքելու համար: Դրանք պետք է լինեն հատուկ սենյակում, մեկուսացված:

ԲԿ-ն պետք է ունենա պայմանգիր թափոնները ոչնչացնող կազմակերպության հետ, վերջինս պարտավոր է այդ թափոնները հեռացնել 48 ժամվա ընթացքում: Կազմակերպությունն արդեն գիտի, թե ոնց պետք է այդ թափոնները վարակազերծել, ոչնչացնել»: Նկատենք, որ ըստ նախարարի հրամանի, վարակիչ թափոնները ժամանակավոր պահման հատուկ տարածքում կարող են պահվել ձմռանը` 72 ժամից, իսկ ամռանը` 48 ժամից ոչ ավել: Ժանետա Բեդյանի խոսքով, ԲԿ-ի պարտականությունը պետք է լիներ թափոնները հավաքելը, ինչը, փաստորեն չի արվել: Տեսչության գլխավոր մասնագետը նկատեց, որ հրամանում որևէ խոսք չկա այն մասին, որ քաղաքացու խնդրանքով անդամահատված ոտքը կարելի է տրամադրել իրեն: Հարուցված վարչական վարույթի արդյունքների մասին տեսչությունը կարող է խոսել 20-30 օր հետո:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, սեպտեմբերի 5-ին առեղծվածային դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում: Ժամը 21:25-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Շահումյան գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող ջրանցքում մարդու ոտք է նկատվել: Արտաշատի ոստիկանությունից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Արարատի մարզային ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն, որտեղից ժամանել էր թիվ 25 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը` 1 մարտական հաշվարկով: Փրկարարները Երևան-Երասխավան ավտոճանապարհի 33-րդ կմ հատվածում` Շահումյան գյուղի տարածքի ջրանցքից դուրս էին բերել անդամահատված աջ ոտք: Ժամանել էր նաև ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը: Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչ Սերգեյ Ատոմյանի կողմից նախապատրաստված նյութերի ընթացքում քննիչներն ու Արտաշատի ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են սեպտեմբերի 5-ին Արարատի մարզի Շահումյան գյուղի վարչական տարածքով անցնող ջրանցքում գտնված անդամահատված ոտքի տիրոջը: Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ նշված ոտքի տերը Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 61-ամյա Հայկ Լևոնի Ամիրյանն է:

Վերջինս այս տարվա օգոստոսի 23-ին Արտաշատի հիվանդանոցում բժիշկ Սահակյանի կողմից վիրահատման է ենթարկվել, քանի որ ունեցել է աջ ոտքի գանգրենա՝ փտախտ: Վիրահատությունը բարեհաջող է անցել և, ըստ ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկությունների, երբ վիրահատվածն իրեն արդեն լավ է զգացել, հարազատները բժիշկներից պահանջել են ոտքը և ստացել են այն: Ոտքը տանելով տուն՝ մի քանի օր պահել են, սակայն հետո մեկ այլ քաղաքացու գումար են տվել՝ խնդրելով, որ այն թաղի: Այդ քաղաքացին էլ ոտքը թաղելու փոխարեն այն նետել է ջրանցքը:
