Սրտի վրա բացասաբար ազդող յոթ սովորություններ

1․ Չնայած, որ Երկրի բնկաչությունը քաջատեղյակ է օրգանիզմի վրա աղի բացասական ազդեցության մասին, մարդիկ դեռ շարունակում են անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ օգտագործել այն: Սակայն, հարկավոր է հիշել, որ աղը խթանում է հիպերտոնիայի զարգացումը և բարձրացնում է երակային ճնշումը:

3. Ֆիզիկական ակտիվության պակասն ու ճարպակալումը սիրտանոթային լուրջ խնդիրների պատճառ կարող է դառնալ: Հարկ է հիշել, որ տարեց տարի նման հիվանդների տարիքը երիտասարդանում է:

4. Սրտի վրա բացասաբար է ազդում այն սովորությունը, երբ մենք ուտում ենք ուղղակի ուտելու, նյարդերը հանգստացնելու կամ ժամանակ խնայելու համար: Անկասկած կիսաֆաբրիկատները թեթևացնում են կյանքը, սակայն հարկավոր է հիշել, որ արագ սնունդը չափազանց վնասակար է առողջության համար:

5. Երբ խոսքը գնում է խոլեստերինի մասին, մենք խոսում ենք նաև հիպերտոնիայից և այն հիվանդություններից, որոնք առանց ախտանիշների են զարգանում: Խոլեստերինի մակարդակն առողջության վիճակի կարևոր ցուցանիշ է: Այն հարկավոր է վերահսկել բնական միջոցներով, ինչպես նաև պարբերաբար ստուգումներ անցնելով:
