Արագաչափերից ու նկարահանող սարքերից ստացվող գումարներն ամբողջությամբ տնօրինելու է պետությունը

Ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների հսկողությունն իրականացնող արագաչափերի և տեսախցիկների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հանձնարարությունների համաձայն Ֆինանսների նախարարությունն իր իրավասությունների շրջանակում գնալու է իրականացվող գործառույթների օպտիմալացման: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը:
«Այն գործառույթները, որոնք հնարավոր է, որ մեր ուժերով իրականացնենք, կփորձենք անել: Արդյունքում միջոցները, որոնք դիտվում էին որպես շահույթ, մեզ համար կդիտվեն որպես խնայողություն», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Արամյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե որքան կլինի խնայողությունը հանձնարարականների կատարման արդյունքում:
Նախարարի դիտարկմամբ՝ կառավարության քաղաքականությունը հստակ է՝ գումարները պետք է ուղղվեն պետական բյուջե: «Ներկայում գումարները գալիս են ոստիկանության արտաբյուջե, դրանից հետո բաշխվում են «Սեքյուրիթի դրիմ»-ին` որպես ծառայությունների գնում: Բայց այս դեպքում այդ գումարները մենք ինքներս ենք տնօրինելու և նույն ծառայությունները պետությունն իր վրա է վերցնում՝ ամբողջ ծավալով», - ասաց Արամյանը:
