Օրական մեկ ձու ուտելը կարող է նվազեցնել ինսուլտի ռիսկը

Ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ շուրջ 300.000 մարդ առաջարկում է օրական մեկ ձու ուտել, որը կարող է նվազեցնել ինսուլտի վտանգը, բայց ոչ սրտի հիվանդության վտանգը:Այն, որ ձուն առողջության համար օգտակար է քննարկվում է տարիներ շարունակ:Կարծիք կար, որ ձուն, որը պարունակում է խոլեստերին, կարող է բարձրացնել սրտի հիվանդության վտանգը՝ բարձրացնելով խոլեստերինի մակարդակը:
Բայց վերջին ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ սննդի մեջ խոլեստերինը փոքրիկ ազդեցություն ունի արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակի վրա: Հետազոտողները ցանկացել են ձու ուտելու և ինսուլտի ռիսկի և սրտի հիվանդության միջև եղած կապիհիման վրա վերլուծություններ անել և ապացույցներ ներկայացնել: Նրանք առաջ են տանում նաև այն միտքը, որ ձուն կարող է լինել առողջ դիետայի մի մասը,չմոռանալով նշել, որ կախված է նաև այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպես եք այն պատրաստում:
Ինսուլտի ռիսկը նվազեցնելու հետ զուգահեռ ձուն ունի նաև մի շարք այլ օգտակար հատկություններ:
Ձուն օրգանիզմի համար օգտակար 12 վիտամիններ է պարունակում. Այն բավականաչափ հարուստ է հատկապես А, В1, В2, В9 (ֆոլաթթու) եւ Е վիտամիններով, իսկ D վիտամինի բաղադրությամբ միայն ձկան յուղին է զիջում:
