Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի (ԵԱՏՀ) կոլեգիան նոյեմբերի 1-ին որոշում Է ընդունել Էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթաշրջանառության իրագործման փորձնական նախագիծ կազմակերպել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետությունների եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի միջեւ, որին կմասնակցեն Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը եւ Ղրղզստանը: Ռո ւսաստանն առայժմ ձեռնպահ Է մնացել նախագծին մասնակցելուց:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, փորձնական նախագիծն, ամենից առաջ, նպատակամղված Է անդամ պետությունների եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ծառայական նամակագրության ապահովման տեղեկատվական-տեխնոլոգիական թեստավորմանը՝ դրանց միջեւ Էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթաշրջանառության իրագործման համար, այդ թվում՝ հավատարմատար երրորդ կողմի ծառայությունների օգտագործմամբ՝ Էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրությունների (Էլեկտրոնային ստորագրությունների) հաստատման համար:

«Փորձնական նախագծի իրագործման հիմնական արդյունքը պետք Է դառնա Էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրություններով Էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթերի գերադասելի օգտագործման գործնական անցման սկիզբը՝ անդամ պետությունների եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի փոխգործակցությամբ,- նշել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի Ներքին շուկաների, ինֆորմատիզացիայի, տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների գծով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Կարինե Մինասյանը:- Էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթաշրջանառության ներդրումը թույլ կտա զգալի չափով կրճատել թղթային նամակագրության հետ կապված ընցացիկ ծախքերը, Է ապես բարձրացնել Միության երկրների պետական մարմինների փոխգործակցության եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում որոշումների ընդունման օպերատիվությունը»:
