Ներկայացնում ենք 7 միֆ հղիության մասին.

Հղիությունը 9 ամիս է տևում. Human Reproduction պարբերականում հրապարակված 2013թ. իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ հղիության տևողությունը կարող է 5 շաբաթ ժամանակահատվածով տատանվել, քանի որ ծննդաբերության ժամկետը հիմնականում կախված է կնոջ տարիքից, կնոջ մարմնի քաշից:

Հղիության ժամանակ սեքսը կարող է վնասել փոքրիկին. ճիշտ է` բացառություններ լինում են, սակայն հիմնականում հղիության ընթացքում սեքսը չի կարող վնասակար լինել պտղի համար:

Կեսարյան հատման միջոցով ծննդաբերելուց հետո կինն այլևս չի կարող բնական ճանապարհով երեխա լույս աշխարհ բերել. իրականում, կրկնակի կեսարյան հատումը կարող է ավելի ռիսկային լինել, քան կեսարյան հատումից հետո բնական ճանապարհով ծննդաբերությունը:

Հղի կնոջ որովայնի դիրքը պայմանավորված է պտղի սեռով. իրականում, անհնար է պարզել պտղի սեռը հղի կնոջ որովայնին նայելով:

Հղիության ընթացքում չի կարելի վազել. իրականում, կինը պետք է շարունակի ապրել այն կենսակերպով, ինչպես նախքան հղիանալը:

Ծննդաբերության ընթացքում կինը կորցնում է հղի ժամանակ ունեցած մարմնի իր քաշը. իրականում, ծննդաբերության ընթացքում ձեռք բերած քաշը կինը կարող է կորցնել մոտ 1 տարվա ընթացքում, իսկ ծննդաբերելիս նա միայն կորցնում է փոքրիկի քաշը, որոշ ջրային զանգված, ինչպես նաև 4-6 կգ քաշ, բացի այդ կրծքով երեխային կերակրելը արագացնում է կնոջ քաշի նվազեցման գործընթացը:   

Հղի կինը պետք է ուտի երկուսի փոխարեն. իրականում, հղի կնոջն օրական միայն 300 հավելյալ կալորիա է անհրաժեշտ:
