ԵԱՏՄ-ն Իրանի հետ ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցություններ է սկսել Հայաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը հենց Հայաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ է սկսել քննարկել Իրանի հետ արտոնյալ առևտրային ռեժիմի համաձայնագիր ունենալու հարցը: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2047թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանի հարցին: «Երբ մենք զգացինք, որ Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները կար ող են չեղարկվել, անմիջապես նախաձեռնեցինք այս գործընթացը: Հայաստանը ձևավորեց համապատասխան աշխատանքային խումբ, և այդ աշխատանքները իրականացվեցին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Քոչարյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ պատահական չէ, որ այդ աշխատանքային խմբի նիստերից մեկը, որի անդամ են նաև ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս երկների ներկայացուցիչները, անցկացվել է Իրանում, իսկ հաջորդը՝ հենց Երևանում: «Այս տեսակետից մենք, որպես նախաձեռնող, որպես Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկիր, որն ունի ցամաքային սահման Իրանի հետ, իսկապես շահագրգռված ենք համագործակցությամբ»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Քոչարյանը հավելեց, որ այդ համաձայնագրի քննարկումների ժամանակ Իրանը նաև տարբեր ապրանքատեսակների շուրջ վարում է առանձին բանակցություններ միության անդամ տարբեր երկրների հետ: «Բնականաբար, մենք ձգտելու ենք ստանալ առավելագույն արտոնություններ՝ կապված ապրանքների արտահանման հետ, որովհետև Իրանում բարձր են բոլոր մաքսատուրքերը, քանի որ այդ երկիրը նման կերպ պահպանում է իր ներքին շուկան: Գտնվելով պատժամիջոցների տակ՝ Իրանը հայտնվել է ինքնաբավ տնտեսություն ստեղծելու իրավիճակում և մինչ օրս էլ խստորեն պահպանում է իր ներքին շուկան: Այդ բնակցությունները բավականին բարդ են, սակայն մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ կունենանք որոշակի արդյունքներ թե երկկողմ համագործակցության, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ սպասվող համաձայնագրի առումով»,- եզրափակեց Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
