Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Բեռլինում հանդիպել է Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի հետ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին Բեռլինում՝ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը կարևորել է հայ-գերմանական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների զարգացման նպատակով բարձրաստիճան պարբերական փոխայցերը:
Նախարար Նալբանդյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր հանդիպում նոր լիցք է հաղորդում հաստատված ջերմ հարաբերություններին և նպաստում է համագործակցության նոր ուղիների նախանշմանը:
Զրուցակիցները հանգամանալից քննարկել են տարբեր ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերը:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը և Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը մտքեր են փոխանակել զարգացման համագործակցության շրջանակներում ընթացող փոխգործակցության շուրջ: Նախարար Նալբանդյանը բարձր է գնահատել Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումներին ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը:
Կողմերն անդրադարձել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային հրատապ հարցերի: Քննարկվել է իրավիճակը Մերձավոր Արևելքում, մասնավորապես՝ Սիրիայում, մտքեր են փոխանակվել փախստականների հոսքի և նրանց ինտեգրման հետ կապված հարցերի շուրջ:
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր։
ԵԱՀԿ-ում գերմանական նախագահության համատեքստում մտքեր են փոխանակվել կազմակերպության օրակարգային հարցերի, Համբուրգի նախարարական խորհրդի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների շուրջ։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի համատեքստում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է կյանքի կոչել հիմնահահարցի հանգուցալուծման գործընթացի առաջ մղման նպատակով համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծմանն ուղղված` Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողոներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, ավելին` շարունակում է սրել իրավիճակը Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջև շփման գծում։
Նախարար Նալբանդյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԵԱՀԿ գերմանական նախագահության աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։ Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք էին, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի:
