Նոյեմբերի 4-ին Բեռլինում արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Ֆրիդրիխ-Էբերթ հիմնադրամում հանդիպում է ունեցել Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի անդամների, առաջատար վերլուծաբանների և քաղաքագետների հետ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ Էդելգարդ Բուլմանը, տեղեկացնում է ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը, արժեվորելով Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևի ընդունումը, բարձր է գնահատել Գերմանիայի օրենսդիր մարմնի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկում է ծավալվել հայ-գերմանական փոխգործակցության և դրա հետագա ամրապնդման և խորացման հեռանկարների շուրջ։
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստան – Եվրոպական միություն հարաբերություններին։
Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը զրուցակիցներին ներկայացրել է ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերած լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների մանրամասները, այդ թվում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի աղաղակող ոտնահարումները, ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայից հետո Վիեննայում և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում կայացած գագաթաժողովների արդյունքները, ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի առաջ մղման համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծման նպատակով Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ջանքերը:
Նախարարը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է իրականացնել այս կապակցությամբ գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները և, շարունակելով սրել իրավիճակը շփման գծում, լուրջ վնաս է հասցնում խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման այդ ջանքերին:
«Նման հերթական սադրիչ դրսևորումներից է մեկ շաբաթից Ադրբեջանում նախատեսված լայնածավալ զորավարժությունների անցկացումը, որոնցում, ըստ Բաքվի, ներգրավված են լինելու ադրբեջանական գրեթե ողջ զինուժը ու ռազմական տեխնիկան, ինչը սպառազինությունների վերահսկման միջազգային պարտավորությունների կոպտագույն խախտում է։ Սա է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության արձագանքը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների՝ հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցային գործընթացն առաջ մղելու կոչերին»,– ասել է նախարար Նալբանդյանը։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը գերմանացի օրենսդիրներին և փորձագետներին տեղեկացրել է Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումների մասին՝ կարևորելով այդ գործընթացում գործընկեր երկրների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների օժանդակությունը։
Անդրադարձ է եղել մի շարք հրատապ տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին և դրանց հանգուցալուծման հնարավորություններին։
Հանդիպմանը ծավալված շահագրգիռ քննարկման ընթացքում ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը պատասխանել է ներկաների բազմաթիվ հարցերին:
