Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ԳՖՀ-ի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն սեպտեմբերի 9-ին կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում պայմանավորվել են շարունակել ակտիվ աշխատանքը «նորմանդական ձևաչափով»: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդել է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Դա «ներառում է սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Բեռլինում բանակցությունների անցկացումն արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով, ինչպես նաև հոկտեմբերի 2-ին Ռուսաստանի, ԳՖՀ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարների անձնական հանդիպումը Փարիզում»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ինչպես նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, չորս երկրների ղեկավարները ողջունել են վերջին ժամանակներս հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արևելքում: «Առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվել Մինսկի համաձայնությունների քաղաքական դրույթների իրագործմանը, նախ և առաջ Ուկրաինայում սահմանադրական բարեփոխում անցկացնելուն, ներառյալ Դոնբասի տարածաշրջանների հատուկ կարգավիճակի օրենսդրական ձևակերպումը, ինչպես նաև տեղական ընտրությունների կազմակերպմանը և համաներման մասին օերնքի ընդունմանը»,- նշել են մամուլի ծառայությունում:
«Այդ կապակցությամբ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հերթական անգամ անհրաժեշտ է համարել շուտափույթ լիարժեք երկխոսություն հաստատել Կիևի իշխանությունների և Հարավ-արևելքի ներկայացուցիչների միջև»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ինչպես հայտնել են Ուկրաինայի նախագահի վարչակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունում, կողմերը «նշել են նկատելի առաջընթացը հրադադարի պահպանման հարցում և նշել մոտ ժամանակներս շփման գծից տանկերի, մինչև 100 միլիմետր տրամաչափով հրանոթների ու մինչև 120 միլիմետր տրամաչափով ականանետների հետքաշման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի ստորագրման անհրաժեշտությունը»:
