Բրազիլիայի անանցանելի անտառներում ապրում է հնդկական Ավա ցեղը, որը մինչ օրս պահպանում է հնագույն ավանդույթները:
Բանը նրանում է, որ այս ցեղի կանայք, բացի իրենց սեփական երեխաներից, կրծքով կերակրում են նաև վայրի կենդանիներին, հիմնականում սկյուռիկներին:
Ավա ցեղի յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքում կան կենդանիներ, որոնց ընտանիքի մայրը կերակրում է կրծքով՝ մինչև նրանք մեծանան:
Ավան որպես ուտելիք չի օգտագործում կրծքով կերակրված կենդանիներին:
