Մասնագետն ապացուցել է, որ հորիզոնական դիրքում մարդու մարմինն արագ ազատվում է տոքսիններից, իսկ նիհարելու գործընթացը նկատելիորեն արագանում է:
Հիշեք «բազմոցին» երկօրյա դիետայի ճաշացանկը, որն առաջարկում է Մադլեն Ժեստանը:
Դատարկ ստամոքսով. երկու բաժակ մաքուր չգազավորված ջուր (խմել առանց մահճակալից վեր կենալու):
Նախաճաշ. մեկ բաժակ կաթ՝ մեկ թ/գ կակաոյի եւ նույն քանակությամբ մեղրի հետ խառնած, իսկ 15 րոպե անց մեկ թուրինջ կամ նարինջ:
Ճաշ. 200 գրամ հավի եփած կրծքամիս կամ ձուկ, բանջարեղենային խավարտ՝ առանց կարտոֆիլի:
Երկու ժամ անց. մեկ բաժակ անյուղ կեֆիր՝ մեղրով:
Հետճաշիկ. մեկ բաժակ ջուր՝ մեկ հատ կիտրոնի թարմ քամած հյութով ու մեղրով:
Ընթրիք. երեք բաժակ արգանակ (10 րոպե ընդմիջումներով), հետո արգանակի բանջարեղենը: Արգանակի պատրաստման եղանակը. 1 կգ սոխը, 500 գրամ լոլիկն ու 500 գրամ ստեպղինը կտրատել, վրան 1.5 լիտր ջուր լցնել, մի պտղունց չաման, 20 րոպե եփել, հետո քամել: Քնելուց առաջ. մեկ բաժակ հունական յոգուրտ մեկ թեյի գդալ մեղրով:
Սնվելու ընդմիջումներում քաղցը կարելի է հագեցնել նարինջով, թուրինջով կամ չրերով: Մինչեւ կեսօր խորհուրդ է տրվում մեկ լիտր մաքուր ջուր խմել:
