Հայաստանում առողջապահական իրավունքի վերաբերյալ առաջին անգամ անցկացվում է միջազգային համաժողով

Հայաստանում մեկնարկեց «Մարդու իրավունքները և առողջապահությունը» խորագրով միջազգային համաժողովը: Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ անցկացվող եռօրյա համաժողովը համախմբել է իրավաբաններին, բժիշկներին, առողջապահության և առողջապահական իրավունքի ոլորտի ապագա մասնագետներին, ոլորտում գործող պետական եւ ոչ պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին` վեր հանելու ոլորտում առկա հիմնա խնդիրները, քննարկելու մարդու իրավունքների ներկա վիճակը, օրենսդրության զարգացման ներկա միտումները եւ հանդես գալու տարբեր առաջարկություններով:

Համաժողովին ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ Արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ առողջապահական իրավունքը մարդու գերակա իրավունքներից է:

«Առողջության մասին խոսելիս դժվար է գտնել որեւէ մեկին Հայաստանում եւ աշխարհում, ով չգիտակցիառողջապահական իրավունքի կենտրոնական դերը մարդու կյանքում: Պատահական չէ, որ այս իրավունքըհամարվում է մարդու իրավունքների եւ արժանապատիվ կյանքի հիմնաքարային բաղադրիչներից մեկը:Պատահական չէ, որ կան իրավունքներ, հանուն որոնց պետությունները միավորում են իրենց ջանքեր ը: Եվմիջազգային իրավական փաստաթղթում դրանց ամրագրումը եւ շարունակական  արտացոլումը վկայում է այնմասին, որ այս իրավունքը կենտրոնական տեղ է զբաղեցնում, կարելի է ասել՝ մնացած բոլոր իրավունքները կա՛մշաղկապված են, կա՛մ ստորադասվում են այս իրավունքին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:

Առողջապահության փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը, խոսելով ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների մասին, նշեց, որ դրանք բազմաթիվ են, եւ դեռ շատ անելիքներ կան: «Այս տարիների համեմատության մեջ մենք վարքագծային մոտեցումներից տեղաշարժ ենք արել դեպի մեր մոտեցումների իրավական կարգավորումը: Առողջապահության դաշտը կարգավորող օրենքներում անընդհատ փոփոխություններ ենք անում, որովհետեւ կյանքում ծագում են խնդիրներ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն ազդեցություն են ունենում՝ հիմնականում բացասական, ահա այդ ազդեցությունը մեղմելու եւ դրանք վերացնելու համար նախարարությունն իր ականացնում է համարժեք գործողություններ: Պացիենտ-բժիշկ, պացիենտ-հարազատ, բժիշկ-պետություն. մի շարք բարդ հարաբերություններ,  որոնց կարգավորումից է կախված  այն արդյունավետությունը, որի մասին այսօր խոսում ենք: Իհարկե, մենք հասկանում ենք, որ դեռ կան բազմաթիվ բացեր, որոնք լրացնելու խնդիր ունենք»,-նշեց փոխնախարարը՝  հույս հայտնելով, որ համաժողովը կլինի շարունակական:

Մասնակից երկրների թվում են Վրաստանը, Ուկրաինան, Լիտվան, Ղրղզստանը, Ղազախստանը, Ռուսաստանը, Մակեդոնիան:
