Հյուսիս-հարավ մայրուղու Աշտարակի հատվածը նախատեսվում է ամբողջությամբ բացել մինչև 2017թ. մայիս: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2017 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կապի ևտրանսպորտի նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանի հարցին: «Կլինեն հատվածներ, որոնք կարող են բացվել մինչև նոր տարի, սակայն ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ կբցվի մինչև մայիս: Մենք շինարարների առաջ նման խնդիր ենք դրել և կարծում ենք, որ այդ խնդիրն իրականանալի է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորի դիտարկմանը, թե ճանապարհային նշանների բացակայության պատճառով մայրուղու այդ հատվածում մահացության դեպքերով մի քանի վթարներ են եղել, նախարարը խորհուրդ տվեց չշտապել և սպասել իրավապահների գնահատականներին: «Պետք չէ այսպես միանգամից հայտարարել, որ նշանների բացակայությունն է այդ դեպքերի պատճառը: Միգուցե, վարորդները հարբած են եղել: Եկեք սպասենք հետաքննության արդյունքներին: Ճանապարհը նշաններով ապահովված է: Շրջանցիկ բոլոր հատվածներում տեղադրված են ճանապարհային նշանները»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորի՝ Հյուսիս-հարավ մայրուղու շինարարության ծախսերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ նախարարը նկատեց, որ իրենք այս պահին իրականացնում են արդյունավետության գնահատականները, ինչի համար ժամանակ է հարկավոր: Նա հավելեց, որ այդ հարցին կանդրադառնա միայն խնդիրն ամբողջությամբ գնահատելուց հետո:
