Հայկական պատգամավորական խումբը Լիբանանի վարչապետից պահանջել է հարգել «Ազգային ուխտը»

ՀՅԴ Լիբանանի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի և Հայկական պատգամավորական խմբի ներկայացուցիչ Հակոբ Բագրատունին և պատգամավոր Արթուր Նազարյանը նոյեմբերի 5-ին հանդիպել են վարչապետ Սաադ Հարիրի հետ: Այս մասին Լիբանանից հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը:
Հանդիպումից հետո Բագրատունին հանդես է եկել մեկնաբանությամբ` ասելով. «հայկական պատգամավորական խումբը ողջունում է վարչապետ Հարիրի կողմից ազգային միասնականության կառավարություն կազմելու նախաձեռնությունը` ընդգծելով, որ այդ կառավարության մաս պետք է կազմեն լիբանանյան բոլոր կողմերը: Վարչապետից պահանջեցինք կազմել 32 նախարարից բաղկացած կառավարություն, որի մեջ հայ առաքելական համայնքը կներկայացվի երկու նախարարով, որոնք կճշտվեն հայկական կուսակցությունների կողմից: Բացի այդ, առաջարկվել է կառավարության կազմում ներառել մեկ նախարարի, ով կն երկայացնի փոքրամասնություններին:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում շեշտեցինք «Ազգային ուխտի» կարևորությունը: Այդ ուխտի հիմքը քաղաքական գործակցությունն ու հավասարությունն է: Հետևաբար, պահանջեցինք վարչապետից վերջ տալ ուժային նախարարությունների գոյության քաղաքական հերետիկոսությանը: Ուժային նախարարություն հասկացողությունը հակասահմանադրական է, որովհետև բոլոր նախարարությունները ուժային են: Մեծ կամ փոքր նախարարություններ չկան, ինչպես որ չկան մեծ, կարևոր կամ նվազ կարևոր համայնքներ»:
Բագրատունին հիշեցրել է, որ նախորդ կառավարության կազմության ժամանակ գրեթե համախոհություն էր առաջացել, որ հաջորդ կառավարության կազմության ժամանակ նախարարությունների հերթափոխություն իրականացվի:
Նա հայտնել է, որ վարչապետին հորդորել են արագացնել կառավարության կազմումը: «Արագացնել չի նշանակում շտապել, այլ տրամաբանական ժամանակի մեջ կազմել կառավարությունը, որպեսզի այն սկսի երկրի վերականգնման աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև մշակել արդար և բոլոր լիբանանցիների ճիշտ ներկայությունն ապահովող ընտրական օրենք»,- ասել է Բագրատունին:
Պատասխանելով լրագրողներից մեկի հարցին, թե հայ համայնքի ստանձնելիք մասնաբաժինը արդյոք «Ազգային ազատ հոսանք» կուսակցությանը հատկացված բաժնի մաս կազմելու է` պատգամավորն ասել է. «Մենք «Ազգային ազատ հոսանք» կուսակցության և «Փոփոխություն և բարեկարգում» համախմբի դաշնակից քաղաքական անկախ գոյացություն ենք: Եթե կառավարությունը 14 նախարարներից է բաղկացած լինելու, մեր իրավունքն է ունենալ մեկ նախարար, իսկ եթե նախարարական խորհրդում նախարարների թիվը քսանից ավել է, ապա մենք պահանջում ենք երկու նախարար: 24 նախարարից բաղկացած կա ռավարության պարագայում մենք պահանջում ենք մեկ հայ առաքելական և մեկ հայ կաթոլիկ նախարարներ` նկատի ունենալով, որ հայ կաթողիկե համայնքը փոքրամասնությունների մեջ մեծագույն համայնքն է»:
