«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երբևէ լսե՞լ եք, որ մի գործարար մի նախարարի 14 միլիոն դոլար կաշառք տա: Այսպիսի թվեր մինչև վերջերս չի «արձանագրվել»:
Բայց զարմանալին այն է, որ մեր հասարակությունը այս թվերից էլ չի զարմանում: Էս ո՞ւր հասանք: Վերջերս «Հրապարակ» թերթը գրել էր. «Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Արամ Հարությունյանի գլխին «սև ամպեր» են կուտակվել։ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը դեռևս 2015 թ. օգոստոսից քննում է գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի հաղորդումը, որտեղ նա հայտնել է, որ 2008 թ. 10 հանքի շահագործման լիցենզիա ստանալու համար 14 մլն դոլար կաշառք է տվել բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Հարությունյանին։ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախկին նախարար Արմեն Մովսիսյանը կասեցրել է լիցենզիաները, Արամ Հարությունյանն էլ ձեռքերը լվացել է, ինչից հետո տիկինը դիմել է իրավապահներին։ Քննությանը մոտ աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ գործով ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որոնք վկայում են խոշոր չափի գումարի մուտքն ու ելքը։ Այս գործի մասին տեղյակ է նաև Սերժ Սարգսյանը, որը ՀՔԾ–ին հանձնարարել է քննել՝ օրենքի տառը պահպանելով։ Մոտ 1 տարվա քննությունից հետո այժմ նոր զարգացումներ են սպասվում, այդ թվում՝ ձերբակալություններ...»։
«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթում գտնվող այս գործում քննիչներն ապացուցել են ութ միլիոն կաշառքի փաստը, որ գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանը տվել է Արամ Հարությունյանին` Դուբայում: Մյուս վեց միլիոնի կաշառքի փաստը դեռ քննվում է: Մեր աղբյուրի տվյալներով, Սիլվա Համբարձումյանը ութ միլիոնը տվել է Դուբայում, վեց միլիոնը` Երևանում: Աղբյուրը պնդում է, որ վեց միլիոնը Արամ Հարությունյանը մաս–մաս ստացել է իր օգնականի միջոցով` ВТБ բանկի` Նալբանդյան փողոցի վրա տեղակայված մասնաճյուղից: Կան տեսագրություններ, որոնք վկայում են այդ մասին:
